Buyer Beware... Placed an order online thru Facebook. They sent me a tracking number that said the shipping Label had been CANCELLED. They took the money from my bank account. Upon notifying them of this error, they stated they would reship the next day priority mail. They did NOT reship as they said they would. As of today, I don't have the order or a refund. They took my money and haven't satisfied the order. BUYER BEWARE
I bought an Elixir Water Bottle for more than I should have, but ONLY because it came with warranty. My bottle broke in the holder while in a park. I couldn't carry the broken bottle around with me in a park, so I discarded it. There were sharp pieces everywhere. Too dangerous. I emailed them the next day and they told me tough luck, I should've read the warranty sheet. They said I have to keep the bottle and send it back... WTF? I'm not trying to hurt myself or anyone else for your warranty crook! So I'm out of $50. Terrible customer service and I will never support this store again. I'm actually going to warn my customers as well. It's funny how people trust these people's energy on their products. I'm good! I need good energy touching my items.

Over time & different orders, I must say that the individuals who keep the web site working well are very helpful & professional yet kind. I was not too happy with my last order. I felt that the quality was not quite right, but it has personality though. Overall, the quality is also much better than stated more times than not. Highly recommended.
This company gives you the option of ordering larger-sized tumbled stones at a higher price on its website. I placed an order for three different types of larger stones that were described as having an average size of 1"-1.5". When I received the stones, they were the size of pebbles, and certainly not within the parameters of the size category I ordered. I ended up sending back most of the stones. The girl who answers the phone, Becky? Is snooty and rude, and it wasn't until I told her that I intended to dispute the charge that she reimbursed my return shipping costs. Since that time, I have ordered from two other online stores that sell tumbled stones, and the stones were exactly as described, especially the size description. I would not recommend this online store to anyone. At first, you'll think the prices are reasonable until you see the quality and size of the stones, then you'll wish you had shopped elsewhere.
I tried to place an order using a gift voucher and they deleted the order the gift voucher is now useless and they seem to have blocked my ip so im sharing the gift voucher location
