This week I received my prescription from HealthWarehouse.com on time and in perfect condition. They sent me an email in advance notifying me that the refill date was coming up and reminding me of the price. It was so easy. In contrast, this week I tried to get a prescription refilled at the local branch of a national drug store chain. I still don't have the refill. At this point I'm looking into moving all my regular prescriptions to HealthWarehouse.com.

“Health Warehouse takes weeks”

I placed my order as soon as the rules permitted me to. A pharmacy is supposed to time the medicine to arrive the day you're out. I've now been out of Lyrica for 2 weeks. I thought after they called a week ago my medicine would be shipped ASAP. Just checked and was shocked my prescription isn't even in process! Tomorrow I'm going ask my doctor to move my prescription to CVS. While costs a few dollars more but at least CVS is a responsible pharmacy. I won't use HealthWarehouse.com for anything that is time sensitive. Terry M. Independence, MO.

I ordered my meds via online but could not locate my blood pressure med. I called and the staff found what i needed within minutes. I am more than pleased with the service and recommend everyone to use Health Warehouse. The savings are better than AWESOME! I get 3 months of medication for the price of 1 month if i use my local pharmacy. The monthly savings alone is worth the 5 to 7 days for delivery. I order in advance so I have what I need. If I run out well that is on me for lack of planning.

I really like health warehouse, because I am not controlled by the pharmacy companies, so no insurance required, I tell as many people as possible to fight back against the greedycontrolling companies.

You will not find a lower price for my medicine. Require a signature and you will get your package. Great reps that I know will resolve even the biggest of problems. I get 30 pills for the price of only one at my local pharmacy and that includes shipping.

Tip for consumers:
Pay for the signature to grantee you get the product. Why should the post office deliver it to you? They get paid the same and can't loose their job no matter how bad they do!

I waited 35 minutes today to check on an order and gave up. I waited 25 minutes on Friday and gave up. They have far too few reps to serve their customers in a reasonable time.

DO NOT USE. They are over two weeks late on my life saving, post transplant meds and after two contacts they still can't tell me when I will get them. They do admit it is their fault due to troubled computer merge June 9th. Great companies have problems and fix them, companies that don't care about customers will go BK. The meds are at their warehouse, they admit they are over two weeks late and won't commit to overnighting delivery. NOT SOMEONE I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Horrible leadership in company going to fail in my opinion. They failed me.

Tip for consumers:
Leadership is awful. If you have a problem, fix it or resign.

Terribly run company. Web site is VERY uninformative with updates on refills. Emails are even worse. Running a 19th century company in the 21st century world. If you want cheap prices, this is the place to go. If you want to actually receive your meds, go elsewhere. The CEO Lalit Dhadphale can call me on the phone number that Justin just called me on. That is if their is any communication within the company. Does the CEO actually know what goes on?

I ordered a prescription 2 weeks ago. They said they had to confirm the prescription with my doctor. Can you imagine, they claim they have not been able to reach him for 2 weeks? The doctor returns all my calls within 2 hours. I have called over there 4 times already, each time they say it is my doctors fault, not theirs.

This has to be the worst customer service ever. They are not selling books or CD's. They are selling medicine. If someone has a prescription for medication, the company should do whatever they have to in order to fill the prescription. If they can't reach the doctor the first time, they have to try again and again, until they reach him. They need to take this more seriously.

Can anyone tell me who licenses a company like this?

I ordered my meds two weeks AGO, AND I STILL DIDN`T GET THEM, THEY SAID MY CHECK DIDN`T CLEAR. I THINK ITS A BIG SCAM. IF I NEEDED DIABETIC SUPPLYS I WOULD BE DEAD!
