Under appetizers I highly recommend the Cheese Puff (4) and Pan Fried Chicken Dumplings. We will try the Beef Pancake next time. There are a number of other possibilities. Be very careful when you are ordering. Where you see a red pepper the dish will be extremely hot. We all thought the Walnut Shrimp were absolutely astounding. We will order this dish every time we go in the future. I also recommend the Eggplant in Garlic Sauce. There are many dishes we didn't try including fish, fried rice, noodles and soup. Reservations are only taken for groups of 6 or more. I suggest you go at an off time or be prepared to wait for a table if you don't have reservations
