In the beginning, I had some issues with Hocoos however they reached out to me, and I was impressed by the concern taken towards resolving my issue, I spent over an hour with a person that showed me everything I needed to know. I have never gotten this level of customer service with anyone online before, Hoocoos is an awesome website builder it is intuitive and responsive as well as elegant. The tools are within the platform and I was told they will be adding more tools, especially for those that are looking to build an Officiant website this platform will be perfect and the best thing is at no extra charge. The price is very good I like the fact that you are not looked into a contract and you can choose to pay on a monthly basis at a very comfortable price. My gratitude to the CEO Meir Amzallag, and Natalia Malai they went above and beyond to address my concerns.

All I have to say is to say, after talking to Meir all you expensive website builders with no or very little customer service watch out here come Hocoos.

The site is not functional and I put about 5 hours trying to get it to work. It will product a generic website in a matter of seconds but when you go to edit the details and make it the way you want to then the website becomes unusable.
There is no undo button and so if you make any change then you better make sure you are keeping notes about all your settings because you might not be able to get it back the way you want it. I was going through the different color themes trying to find one I liked and I couldn't find one and I couldn't get it back to the way it was so that was the final straw with me.
Then when I sent an email asking how I delete my account, I received a video with a tutorial on how to use the website. I responded back by asking how do I delete my account and the response I got back from the owner was this:
"Thank you for your politness, kindness and spending the time to see the video we spend time creating only for you on how text can be edited very easily as the other 50,000 users that joined Hocoos on the first 2 months did without an issue.
Your website has been deleted, hopfully your emails as well from my memory of this impressive level of ungreafulness.
As the owner of the company, who actually spent the time to make sure that every customer will be happy and did the video by himself for you, by all means, do not ever try again the product, you are officially the least kind I person I have ever provided service with and I had 5 million customers in the past 20 years before this startup.
Best of luck, avoid writing back abusive $#*! to my team, youll end up in the spam folder anyhow and nobody will see it."
So I would find a different website builder to use. This guy will blame you when you become unhappy when you make a change and can't figure out how to put it back the way it was because you didn't keep track and take notes of every setting that you change as you experiment.
