Holidaysbooked.com aka "hotelsbooked.com" "Booking required by phone". This was specified on the holiday deal. We soon discovered why - their policy with us was "if we haven't written it into your travel documents, then we don't have to provide it". Over and over we requested they correct the document they sent us so that we could get what we had paid for - they kept sending it back without lots of the features that were supposed to be included. When we complained, they treated us like dirt. Don't use them - you've been warned!

They are asking more money when you booked your holiday, saying that they can offer a better flight time.
And when you are on the airport, you will see that there was no flight going on that time of the day.
So you have been paying for the upgrade even that there was no other.

Pure robbery

Booked on Groupon.fr a trip for 7 nights 8 days to Delfino Beach Hotel All inclusive in Sicily, Marsala. The Groupon promo says to call an agency called Hotelsbooked.com before to verify our dates of reservation. ONce you do that you buy your 2 coupons (one for each traveller). So we did the process, booked our trip, got the email cnofirmation for our trip.
Then once the 6th of august came, we took the plane, everything good so far, but once we took our transfer (booked by ourselves) to the hotel and actually got there (a little far and not that close to marsala, sicily) the Staff told us they couldn't give us our Rooms because Hotelsbooked.com hadn't paid for the last 4 invoices they had sent out. And so the Hotel wasn't doing business with them anymore. So we paid our first night (it was 10pm) and waiting anxiously for the morning to call the agency.
So in the morning we called the agency, they were really rude and basically told us they would call us back. They don't seem to realise that we can't do nothing while waiting, we have our luggages everywhere, we are stressed... But after 5 calls the same thing, they will call us back... Well it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to call bacK. So we had to pay for the room again, it cost us 750€ and I still haven't heard a word from the agency, I wrote them today with the invoice for the room. Hopefully I'll get any kinda return. Also wrote to Groupon which as been touching base with Hotelsbooked.com for at least 2 weeks. Groupon Told us they would give us gift cards for the over spending that occured during the trip... The thing is I don't want gift cards, I want my money back. Also I would like to get indemnities for the 2 days lost with this mess.

Tip for consumers:
Worst Travel Agency I ever did business with and I work with a pretty lame one for 2 years.
