Ordered Dealer All-Weather mats for my 2023 Honda Pilot, arrived within 2 days in excellent condition, cheaper than the dealer price and they installed for a perfect fit in all 3 rows. This was my 3rd order from this vendor and all my 2023 Honda parts arrived quickly and in brand, new condition. Would order from here again!

Ordered Differential washers. It a whole month to get them and turned out they were not OEM. They didn't want to issue a refund or replacement. Had to dispute the charge from my credit card company to get my money back. Highly Unrecommended. Will not be buying from them again, ever! This website does not allow zero stars! Bummer.

I ordered from them for a side mirror. Opened the box for the first time with my mechanic and the part was already chipped (shown in the pic). This chipped off piece was also not in the box so I know it must have happened prior to shipping. They refuse to let me exchange or return this part because they have a ridiculous 5 day return policy. NEVER SHOP HERE

The HondaPartsNow website recommended a sliding door latch for me. But, the part I received was incorrect. I contacted customer service, and they said that since the plastic bag had been opened, a return wasn't possible (even though the part was in perfect condition).

HondaPartsNow did not ask for any additional information to check and see why their website recommended the wrong part. Perhaps I am wrong, and I clicked on the wrong part. But how can we know, since HondaPartsNow is unwilling to even consider that their website is inaccurate.

Tip for consumers:
Don't open the bag that contains the parts, otherwise, you cannot return your part.

I waited 7 days for the parts. The tracking number provided by USPS says the package was never picked up. Called and asked to cancel the order so I could purchase the parts locally. They would not cancel and refund the order until they received confirmation from the shipping carrier that the item was lost. Another 7 to 10 days. Why is this my problem? I cancelled directly through my credit card company.

Bought a wheel cover for my Honda. Cheap plastic, it flew off the first time I took the car out. Customer service would not make good for it.

Horrible return policy and customer service. I ordered a combination light switch but received a different one that doesn't work with my model. I requested an RMA number for a return and never received one until I called them and they emailed back declining my return. Because the package was open. How was I supposed to know that the item you sent WAS WRONG!? Do not waste your money with these Honda Parts Now.

Ordered parts, never shipped. I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to cancel the order and they refused. They shipped the parts THREE WEEKS later after I bought it elsewhere and refused to take it back without paying for shipping both ways, restocking fee which was half the price of the order!

All of the other negative reviews sum it up well. This is a third-party website that coordinates orders and ships Honda parts via local Honda dealerships. They coordinate parts sales and they take your money. After that, they are done with you. If you have a return, you are screwed, regardless. Even if your part is still in the package, unused and brand new and they approve the return with an RMA, you have to ship back at your own expense (not cheap) and then they deny receiving the returned part-- even with a tracking number and proof of delivery. This is a horrible place to order your Honda parts and all buyers beware!

Buyer Beware of this unscrupulous company. I ordered a mirror in mid January, shipping took longer than usual from Florida. On arrival it was incorrect part. Very difficult to get a Return Authorization (RMA). Returned the part in original packaging and by this stage, I knew I was not dealing with a reputable company, so took photos of the packaging. They received it on January 29, despite numerous calls (8 calls)regarding the refund, 5 emails, and speaking to their RMA manger (Joe), the refund never came through. February 29 they finally responded, Quote.! " We have received your return parts and we are sorry to inform you that your refund has been denied due to the following reasons. The Part is non-returnable items due to it being, but not limited to. - Any opened packages or unsealed items. What a load of hogwash. I will take this further, as honesty and integrity are my hallmark and Honda Parts Now are anything but that. Very difficult or next to impossible company to deal with in a fair manner! Buyer Beware!

I wanted to return a part and they told me it was a special order part so they denied the request. Everything was still packaged up. I think they should have stated that when you order parts and not telling you that have it in stock. Also some of their diagrams are confusing. I will never do business with them again!

I ordered two items from them for a total $137. Found out the cheaper item was missing. So I chatted with them about the situation, just for them to tell me they'll let me know what will happen to my missing item within 2-3 days. Does not give me a choice of refunding or resending the missing item while I'm chatting with them. Next day, they sent me an email that they have refunded me without reasons why. So I called them and they told me the item was not in stock. I can't believe this. What a waste of time!

Cant get any worse than this business- bought a part, they sent me the wrong part, it was their fault. Told me to return the part, they never responded to me. Called 2 times, then they asked for a tracking number-which i did not keep after so long. Could not provide it, so to bad so sad for me. I watched it with the - tracking and it arrived at their facility so i threw out the number. Very hard in general to return something.

Tip for consumers:
Terrible overall- customer service rep kept repeating her dialog, not helping at all- not answering a simple question- just kept repeating the sentence she was told to read to me over and over- too stupid to answer any questions.

One of the worst packaging jobs I have ever received. The bolts and screws were scattered all over the box. They only taped the package in 2 places and one of the places they taped was already ripped. Contacted them to tell them I was missing a screw. Since I don't have a parts list they were also suppose to send me they won't help me. It was for a roof rail system for my Honda car. They do have better prices than the Honda dealership but that's probably because they save money on packaging your product correctly and just throw it all in the box. They also don't send you any instructions or parts list. Them won't help you when you're missing parts because you don't have what they should have sent you in the first place. I would be carful buying from them. Had to pay more money to a Honda dealership so I could get the screw that was missing.

Honda Parts Now is a drop shipper, meaning that they arrange with dealers to ship their orders to customers. Most of the parts that they sell cannot be returned. The part that I ordered came in a box with another part number on it, and I didn't receive the correct part. They would not accept a return or issue a credit. Because of this, I cannot recommend them, and I will not use them again. Incorrect shipments happen in business all the time. If they can't correct them, then judge for yourself their customer service.

They are crooks. Would not return a wrong part after only 3 days. Worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable company.

I placed an ORDER five minute later they sent an email chase my credit card company do not verify merchant. And i had to used PAYPAL FOR MY ORDER?
My credit card was charge and you want me to used paypal
" Unfortunately, per your card issuer's policy, they don't not offer merchant verification services.
If you were still interested in obtaining these items, you would place using pay pal. We do apologize for any inconveniences."

I'm uncertain about the nature of their operations, but I reported the situation to my card company, which safeguards all my purchases. Opting for PayPal feels akin to making a cash payment or adhering to a hacker's directive to acquire a gift card for an order.

I ordered a fob with the remote start and received the standard USA fob. They wanted pictures of the packaging and fob. Soon as the saw the package opened they denied my return. The fob comes disassembled so how does a person know that everything is there and if the buttons are correct? I'd give them a zero if it was possible.

Hondapartsnow.com sent me the incorrect parts for my order and were unwilling to send me the right part to complete the order. I had to purchase the part myself. They were unwilling to make things right after much communication. Very dissapointing.

Say things are in stock that aren't. Send wrong parts and takes WEEKS to get refunds back. Customer service is awful. Get told the same thing over and over and never happens

I ordered parts in December 21,2023. I followed up on January 2,2024 to see the status of my order. I was told that the order would ship on the 3rd of January. I checked back with them again on the the 5th of January. I was told they would ship on the 8th of January. Just called today January 10 and again I was told that they would ship on the 11th. I canceled my order and picked up both parts at the Honda Dealership and the parts were within $4.00 because I didn't pay shipping.

I ordered an actuator for my honda Crv2003, the web page doesn't specify the door of the actuator displayed. You need to ask and it might take 2/3 days to have a reply.
When I received the actuator I assumed it was the correct one and opened the bag when I did notice that it was not the correct one I asked for an RMA. And I was negated one with this explanation:
The part(s) is non-returnable items due to it being, but not limited to:

- An electrical part or has electrical components

- Any opened packages or unsealed items.
After further checking I also realized that the parts they sell at least for Honda are not OEM.
The Honda OEM parts come in a completely different packaging
Least but not last it's very hard to interact with anyone knowledgeable about the parts you need.
I strongly suggest to avoid this "company" for your parts!
My order is CH*******.

Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people. Their return policy is a joke, their restocking fees are punitive, and they will reject your refund anyway. STAY AWAY.
