There are many bad stories about this webstore. See for example here (http://tabletrepublic.com/forum/tablet-manufacturers-suppliers/hootablet-legit-fraud-2957-3.html).
I have personally placed a trial order of around $35 on this site, but never got the item. So, I filed a complaint at PayPal and got back my money after around 3 weeks.
