Didn't think a company with hosting plans at $1 a month would of been any good, iv been loads of hosting providers, each has there own level of service, but i thought hey why not lets give these a go.
Since joining these guys i have numerous issues surrounding my site, and each time the customer service has been outstanding. Its not a case of waiting hrs for a reply, more like minutes, which is amazing.
Even better is that they are based in the US, the servers are lightening fast and so is the customer service.
Outstanding.

hostripples.com is a bad hosting company. We have use just for one week and they didn´t refund our money. They promissed settings that was not enabled and even after we ask for, because the saler dpto said was enabled, they didn´t enable that setting about excuses that was not permited. Also I believe when a company is really good, why they just don´t have montly payments. So, that´s pretty sure is a catch scam company.

I have been using this company for shared hosting services for 5-6 years now. When I started using them they were an american based company with support in the United States. They has the best, 24/7, incredible team running their support services.

In the last year, I have had nothing but issues. The support is non existent and when they do answer they are quick to dismiss concerns and refuse to help address them.

3 years ago I recommended them to everyone I knew. I am here to tell you today, I no longer recommend this company's services. Look elsewhere.
