0 stars for real. Charged me a bunch of money for too many pages but I still had an ink that wasn't opened.
I had been a customer for years and paid on time (automatic charge monthly to my credit card), I contacted them by phone *******836 - for assistance Sept. 2022 and had to spend a lot of time going from recorded messages to automated assistance and after about 15 minutes of that I was placed on wait to speak to a live person - another 10 minutes I got to a live person but they had to transfer me to a different dept. and almost an hour, I gave up. I sent emails but no response. I tried a second time and had the same experience by phone so I canceled my account online and email. I bought ink cartridges at Staples and Walmart. This foolish company (HP Instant Ink) kept sending me messages that my account was past due! Their email messages state "do not reply"! I certainly wasn't going to try contacting them by phone again so I blocked them from my credit card. The instant ink plan seemed like a good deal but now that I am getting the cartridges on my own - that is better and no aggrevation if I need help. HP - once a good company, now is terrible.
