Ordered a set of mats for my Santa Fe in November 2023. Website said 2 to 4 week turn around. Took a chance that it would be ready for Christmas bur was ok if it was a little later. Dec. 18th got update that the product would be delayed until early Feb. Since then I've gotten 3 more delays and now we are talking April. Reaching out via email gets the robo reply. Contacted BBB got a real reply. Funny tho it just says sorry but having trouble getting materials...no resolution. Keep your money unless you have time, dough and patience to spare.
