I just got my order and wanted to thank you for the wonderful service. It was also heart warming to find such an honest business in this messed up world. I wish I had known about your site sooner, I did a search and even though your prices were just a little higher I knew the products you were selling were the real OEM product and it was worth the extra few dollars. Thank you for the honesty, thank you for the quick service and I will be back to place an order often.

“Worst Customer Service Ever!”

This companies website brought up a different filter than what I searched for. I bought it not realizing it was the same filter but a different size. When I tried to return it (unopened) they wanted to only give me $12 for a $52 order. Their customer service is the worst, they could care less about you. Stay away and find a different company to deal with!

This companies website brought up a different filter than what I searched for. I bought it not realizing it was the same filter but a different size. I'll never order from them again. We're in the middle of a Pandemic, I just lost my Mother and made an error with the size. There is no free return or exchange and the representative could careless.

I ordered 2 different items, 2 orders on 2/14. Today I got shipping info from shop that shows 1 item will be here today (3rd time this has been told to me), and the other showed a date right away, then showed that they had no information for this order. Now shows I will get on the 26th! And I thought this would be a simple order! If youpay for shipping, you shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks for an order! I will NOT be ordering from this place again! And I needed these items! I ordered my humidifier filters from another company and got them in 2 days! Buyers, always read reviews before handing over your money!

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from this company!! Look at all of the reviews, they do not put customers first!!

Products used:
I ordered humidifier bacteriorstat liquid and a humidity meter on 2/14. Still don't have!!

Have used this company numerous times for my humidifier wick/filters. They beat every other sites price and on my last order, I had filters in hand less than 24 hrs after ordering. Great company. Recommend highly.

Received a refurbished (used!) product that was advertised as new. Called company and the person I spoke to - John - was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs!

They say tracking information will be e-mailed later this evening - Nothing. Its a scam to collect credit card and consumer info.

I have been ordering humidifiers from this company for about 20 years and they have provided excellent advice, service and products. So sorry that they have ceased their operation.

Buyer Beware!

Ordered an air purifier that was defective, caused my son congestion from chemical smell. They kept telling me to keep running it as that would clear it up. Never did. Then they refused to repair or replace because they said I didn't have all the original packaging.

They promise "In stock" order by 2pm ship same day - Nothing. Thay say "Thank you for your order invoice was just e-mailed to you - Nothing. They say tracking information will be e-mailed later this evening - Nothing. Its a scam to collect credit card and consumer info. Avoid!

I wouldn't purchase from iAllergy again. They had a free shipping enticement but then you have to wait if you really want it because they don't have the itme in stock. Then, the darn (and expensive) thing doesn't work. They are not interested in customer service in either circumstance. Yuck. They have my money. I have nothing!

Knowing that a regular bed bug mattress encasement would not fit properly, finding one to fit a futon was difficult. Fortunately, iAllergy was one of the few vendors of futon encasements. Extensive research on encasements told me these important things: 1) It had to fit to work 2) The encasements might tear during "installation" 2) They are not returnable. After reviewing the Website and reading reviews, I selected IAllergy for my purchase. I could not be happier. The encasement was made of a soft, smooth and sturdy fabric with a covered zipper and it fit perfectly. There was no problem putting it on and no concern for tearing the fabric - even when the futon was folded. I highly recommend this product for those with bed bugs... or simply with allergies. This product earns five stars from a happy and satisfied customer.

Tip for consumers:
There is no need to worry about tearing the encasement due to the quality of material.

This site is excellent. They had the product I was looking for at almost half the price of my local store. Shipping was more than reasonable and I received my product the next day!

2010 purchase was first and last. Argumentative and arrogant customer service. Don't know product - check return policy. Beware!
