IFA Country Stores

In Aug of 2020 I was looking for s cub cadet CC600 mower. I called IFA country store to see if the location 1147 2100S S. L. C. Utah had one in stock. They stated that they had two in stock. After driving 45min they said that they only the floor model in stock and would not discount for extreme wear but they would call other locations for availability. I stated that they had wasted enough of my time and called around myself. I contacted the location 1926 w ******* s Riverton Utah and explained my problem. The manager stated that they had only the floor model but it was stored inside and was in perfect condition. When I arrived 30min later they said that the engine cover was broken but they would have a new one sent to me right away. About a month later I received the wrong part in the mail I contacted the manager (Cory) who said that he would take care of it. Another month later I drove to the location to correct the problem with no positive result. Cory said that he had not forgot about the part and would take care of it in the spring because I would not be using it in the winter anyway. After spending 965.00 I thought that $34.00 would be an easy fix. But the date is 01\17\21 and I have not heard anything. Very unhappy.
