Absolutely horrible experience here from
The very beginning. We had to make multiple
Trips in attempt to get the charger port repaired on my daughter's iPad and by the time they finally fixed the original problem they broke something else on the interior of the iPad and refused to fix or replace it. Poor communication, poor service, and down right scammers that will steal your money and destroy your property! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! 0 STARS!

I brought in a couple cell phones at different times.and the owner serviced them to my satisfaction. I discovered one of them seems to have a flaw that requires an occational hard start up. IFixandRepair never charged me extra look at the phone and reset it. Glad to have a local expert who is honest.

Sure if they even care to do consumers right it's been sence may they have done nothing to satisfying my needs of having a cell phone after spending $150.00 I tried to use it thinking it needed charging but not screen is black I return to the store employee said it's broken he can't help me they never ever contact you to do the right thing that repair store will be hit bad.no proof they give no receipts either.i would never ever be offilied with this kind of business who take your money lousy repair they don't even use proper tools to open the cell phones to crack the back of my cell bad business.

Tip for consumers:
They need to assist me this is unfair bad business there are others who are upset they got the same treatment they are talking about ribbing this repair business oh well can't be doing business like this

After my iPhone 11 gave me a warning that my battery health was getting somewhat low, I looked in to getting an appointment with the Apple store to get it replaced for $89, but it was for an inconvenient time. While I was in the Mall at Wellington Green, I entered iFixandRepair and asked them if they could do it. The employee, John, was very friendly and indicated he could get it done in about 20 minutes. Great! I left it for them to complete it.

Upon picking it up, there were error messages on the phone indicating incompatibility and the phone was no longer able to show battery health status. The error messages would not go away. John told me if I wanted to see info on battery health, I would need to plug the phone into iTunes.

I left the store and returned about 30 minutes later indicating that I was not happy with the end result. Had John told me that functionality would be limited before hand, I wouldn't have had them do the work.

I asked him to remove the battery they installed and replace it with the original, which he did. When asked about a refund, he picked up the phone to call his manager. When I got on the phone, she calmly told me there are no refunds, even though I was misled (intentionally or not). She kept stating it is not policy to provide refunds. I admit that I got irate as I thought I was in the right and was quite surprised that a manager was not empowered to deviate from policy to right a wrong. She directed me to email the local management so they could "open a case." I also sent the same email to iFixandRepair corporate. Corporate's initial response was, "This is not by any means reflective of the #iFixandRepair standards of service and customer satisfaction." I was hopeful.

They responded several days later with, "The store has replied to your case. You have accepted our policy to work on your phone, so we cannot give you a refund in this case, but you still can go to the store for a free diagnostic." Further the store indicated "Employee provided with all information about battery and the warranty on it."

This is a false statement. At no point was I made aware of, orally or in writing that functionality would be limited and I would have this constant error message. This certainly would not have been the case had I brought the phone to Apple.

Bottom line is I feel I was ripped off of $106 as they refused to make things right.

Buyer beware. Make sure to ask thorough questions up front. Don't count on them to be transparent.

Never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully two different times.
1) first ttime came in with a tablet and guiy kept asking me if i had personal informtion on there. Looked at tablet for 2seconds gave me a dirty look said nothing andgcave me back my tablet.,2) second visit i brought in a laptop with surface cracks guy looked at it then looked at me and said oh $#*! outloud where i heard it. Was told we dont fix laptops i then looked up at sign that says they do. Then was told oh we fix them.th en was told i dont know how to fix the laptop made a phone call and talked in a foreign language while looking at me. Then was told we dont fix it gave me a dirty look as he handed me back my laptop.

Between a huge sign in store and business cards that say they fix different electronics and all kinds of issues i feel they false advertise what they say they do.
I have never been sworn at in any store. They should be investigated on how rudely they treat customers and falselyadvertise.

On 3/19/16, I had my grandson's iPad Air broken screen replaced at the Wellington, FL franchise. A week or two later, the home button would not work (it was off center) so I took it to the Port St. Lucie, FL franchise. They said the first franchise had installed a defective screen (something about bad connectors) and replaced the screen and corrected the home button problem. On 4/17/16, the home button would not work again. I took it back to the Port St. Lucie franchise which corrected the home button problem and said they used a glue that hardens with UV light. On 4/18/16, my grandson discovered the home button would not work so I took it back to the PSL franchise on 4/19/16 (today). They said the repair tech who last applied glue to the button used too much glue on the center of the button so it did not harden. So they have the iPad again and are repairing it again. Hopefully they will do it right this time.

I went to the store to fix my son iPod touch. Was told needed to order part and would be done on the 24 th of December. When I call gave me the run around. When I finally spoke to the owner has was rude and said that I was giving him a panic attack. Found out it was a franchise so called the corporate office no answer. Emailed and someone emailed back will get back to me... Never did. Finally was told it was done and picked up item. I needed to return twice because the item would not turn off and the button slipped under the glass. Never was given a apology or a response. The service in the ocean county mall nj was substandard. Avoid this place unless you do not need your item for many days

I bought a laptop charger there. They said it was a refurbished Apple charger, but didnt really say why they were selling it, as they're not an Apple dealer. Two Russian guys running the shop in the Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale. I find out when I get home that the charger is broken -- the plastic parts holding the metal prongs in place were broken... Cheap Apple product resold to unassuming customers at an overpriced rate, without warning customers. Poor business practice.
