Packaging is good and delivery takes time but its ok

Totally fake way of deceiving customers by including selling 100% Legit perfume which is actually a fake perfume,. I bought 1 bottle of Terre d'Hermes EDT perfume after it arrived just looking at the packaging I already knew that this perfume was fake, after opening and trying it and it was 100% really fake perfume. Be careful and don't buy on the fake perfume seller's website but dare to show 100 %original it's just a scam website. Beware guys,.

Despite the website claiming that their items are 100% authentic, the perfume that was delivered to me was fake. The company staff assigned to their FB messenger account is not willing to help me regarding refund since I already opened the box. How can I see if the perfume is in good condition without opening the box?

I received my order last March 15, which is late na sa dapat talagang day na matatanggap ko sya pero okay lang sakin, kasi shipping from US pa daw. Pero super na dissapoint aq ng dumating ung perfume, ang box nya chinese character ang print at ing ribbon nya supposedly dapat may victoria secret na print kaso wala. Then nag email aq sa store bat ganun sabi lang sakin send ko picture. After wala na aqng feedback na natanggap.the next day triny ko syang spray sa wrist ko para sana ma check ko if tatagal ang scent, kasi baka naiba lang talaga packaging.(wala akong plan na open sana kasi di naman sakin ung perfume, pinabili lang ng sister ko. Kaso nga medyo nag duda aq sa itsura)then ng snispray q sya wala pang 30mins wala na ung amoy. How come eu de parfum sya, supposedly dapat matagal scent nya.ang worts ng inopen ko sya ung part na may ribbon sumama sa takip. As in para syang naging skeleton. Super dissapointed lang kasi i expect na authentic perfume matatanggap ko. 3,999 pesos is not a joke amount of money, email aq ng email walng response. I'll try to pm the fb page wala din.so i leave comment sa fb page but i guess they do something kasi upon checking today dina aq makapag react or comment sa page nila.di aq maselan na buyer, dun lang po sana sa tama. 1st time ko maka experience ng ganto.
