The level of discrimination and bias here in In-Situ is appalling. It's very concerning and problematic how the management acts toward and treats some of the employees while acting differently toward others. The managers are humans, too, I know. But that doesn't excuse their awful and toxic behavior, especially toward those who are inferior to their positions.
