They are the dollar store of credit cards. I somehow received a Mastercard in my mail that I never ordered, nor activated. Yet somehow got billing statements with small charges I never made. Which was of course fraud. So I called their support about, and they were less then helpful. Promising they'd canceled the account, which never happened. Thus, followed by bogus 'past due' and collections notices from the clowns. Alongside incessant email and text alerts harassing me about 'problems with my account' that didn't exist. Finally contacted the BBB and CFPB.

I don't recommend them at all. Half an hour wasted on the phone, just to learn my account was closed due to "fraudulent activity", completely without asking me or checking to see if I knew about the activity. What was this "awful activity" that caused all this? I tried to add the card to my PayPal account and use it. Yup. That was it.

Horrible company, I definitely do not recommend them.

Applied for Indigo MC, faxed info requested from home and office, they received one page only then received a blank fax. They have to update their technology and or set up the equipment. If you don't call, they don't bother to call, send mail, email updates about application status. They are very, very far to be a professional company like AMEX, etc I don't recomend them.

After ordering a replacement card to ship to my temporary adress, they Locke my card and account, was informed that I had to fax or mail a copy of my ID / Dr. License. Having done so, called to get it unlocked. Now they want to hold up unlocking for 10 more days. They are not willing or able to help and therefore have lost a customer over their extremely poor customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Would not recommend for anyone due to lack of care or concern for their customers.

First and for most the last two cards I received from them won't even activate on their website. I log in hit activate card and it just keeps giving an error message everytime I try and I'm not calling sitting on the phone with customer service just to activate a card I'm really not planning on using. Mainly because they have high interest rates. Their tech is also very inconvenient. The first card I did have with them that did work would always declined even when their were available balance and I had to keep calling in to get it sorted. Then they don't have an app like most credit card companies have and what you can do on their website is limited. Can't change username and other information that you might want to change. They made their website a little better over the years but the gui is still trash in my opinion. This is one of those cards you use here and there to avoid them from closing it.

They definitely charge you $75 dollar b4 you even use your card so you don't have the lil a@& $300 they say you have... then they don't send you your statement bill until the day after so now you paying the regular $40 plus another $40 late fee yea it ain't worth the hassle I'll be closing this BS ASAP!

Stay far away from this credit card! I opened my account 2 months ago. I went to log in to pay my bill. Received the following message, "Unable to sign on portal to pay bill." Tried reaching customer service and couldn't. Signed on later, and it appeared as if it took my payment. Went back a few days later and checked again to make sure it was scheduled. No record was found. Tried again, received the same error message as above. It locked me out of my account. After trying several more times, I was finally able to log in after changing my password over 10 times! I scheduled the 3rd payment. So, I go to use my card and it gets declined. I call customer service and am told that my account was closed! They said that two of my payments were declined and returned, so their policy is to close the account. What?!? I never knew anything was returned! They just closed my card without speaking with me! They were very sorry, but there was nothing they could do. Really!?! I will never open another account with them again and will highly encourage anyone to think twice before opening an account with this SHADY company! If I could rate them zero stars, I would have! Stay FAR away!

They immediately reported $75 balance to credit bureau. I called to make the payment and they refused to accept because the card wasn't activated. I waited over 6 weeks for it to arrive. Activated. Made payment. Week later reversed. Made another payment successfully linking my credit union. Reversed. Tried 3rd time. Reversed. Called and emailed copy of voided check provided by my CU and they can't use the information. Need a check mailed in. With same information. It's almost due and after several calls, the CSR who is very difficult to understand as an ESL, explained it's because they have no banking information. I had my husband sit in on the call as witness. She told him it's my fault for giving the wrong account information that somehow linked and held the payment transaction all week before Indigo reversed it. We can see the linked bank account. She says we're lying and have made no payments. Thankfully the paper trail is clear via both websites but I've never worked so hard to give a company money and been blamed for electronic malfunctions. That appear to be intentional on behalf Indigo. Another thing to be aware of is she gave him my information to verify with a yes or no instead of having me give it to her. That's the only time I've ever had a financial institution say "is her address XYZ and her SSN xyz? I'm assuming the check mailed won't arrive on time for input even with overnight tracking.

They charge you for everything don't get one spread the word they charge 40 freaking dollars for over limits!

I got this card to help improve my score, I made purchases then sent in 2 payments plus paid their yearly fee way ahead of due date. I went to use the card for 28.00 and it wouldn't go through " HOW EMBARRASSING THAT WAS" I had used my bank card. I called customer service and they said that's their policy to hold payments for 14 days even though the payments went through. So I told them I was going to cut the card up this way it'll look good for usage, she asked if I wanted to close the card I told her absolutely not! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this card at all, find another one if you need help to build your credit. They have a law suit against them for whatever reason.

Its the worst credit card ever!. If you apply only to try your luck you are screw. They will approve 300 hundred dollars and charge you 75 at the beginning even if you cancel the card the very moment you got approved. It happened to me, cancelled the card the instant I got approved, they sent me a letter to confirm that account had been deactivated, but also sent me the card with a 75 dollar balance for the activation fee, that of course you will have to pay off or go to collections. This is the kind of business you NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH, EVER!
