I purchased a basket from this company and they refuse to ship it, cancel it, or refund it. The customer service has been no help at all. Terrible company to buy from.

I ordered a dress and it took a few months to arrive with no communication from them. When it did the dress is poor quality and when I emailed them for the return address from their site, it came back indicating it's invalid.

Scam Scam SCAM. Don't buy anything from this website. It's all fake. They take payment and you wont hear back from them. They say they'll reimburse you full if you cancel within 24 hours. After 4 hours, I started thinking website was scam after purchasing a wedding dress and emailed them for reimbursement, but they wont reply back or even acknowledge me. Take my advise and stay away.

Rude and cocky management. I won $50 dollar voucher promoting their site and items and they refuse to deliver the prize and even told me they will change the outcome of the contest. I won't buy from them even if they are the last store on earth.

It took a month for indressme.com to deliver the dress I ordered. I emailed them 4 times to inquire about the delay and ask for a tracking number and got no reply. After I opened a PayPal dispute, they finally did reply and said the delay was because "the post man was on holiday" (I think for Chinese New Year). Since delivery took so long, the event I had ordered the dress for had passed, and I no longer needed the dress. I asked to return it (you need an authorization number) which led to a back and forth conversation spanning a week (because they only answer late at night due to the time difference in China). They kept trying to convince me to exchange the dress for another size. Whether I returned or exchanged, however, I had to pay return shipping even though the dress arrived way later then promised. They finally offered me a $20 gift certificate for my troubles, but I definitely don't want to deal with them anymore so I didn't take it. I am selling the dress on ebay.

Only buy from this store if you live in China.

I ordered from them whitout reading reviews on the internet, so I took a chance since my order from sheinside went very well and they were looking alike. I ordered a dress, a skit and a sweater. I received it 20 days after and EVERYTHING was terrible. The dress was one of a child size (at least i'm petite framed so I can wear it as a blouse), the sweater was a fluo-bright pink (and terribly itchy) when the picture indicated more of a baby pink and a soft cotton fabric and finally the skirt was sewn all upside-down making it impossible to wear. I sent multiple emails to them and NEVER received an answer, whether it was only to know how much more time it would take to get my order or for enquire a refund I was supposedly entitled to.

Wow, what a joke. I recieved my items which were far poorer quality than they appeared on the website. When I decided to return them for my refund which the website tells me I am entitled to do, I emailed the service email provided and they were totally rude, told me the items were not poor quality and refused to give my returns number. Here is what their website says:

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from Indressme.com. You can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days from the shipping date of purchase. But you need to pay the return's shipping fee on your own.
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to mail us *******@Indressme.com to ask for the RMA(Return Material Authorization) number and then fill in our return form in your package (if lost it, you can Click Here to download the form) and send it back with your return package.

The package did not even contain a returns invoice and when I went online to print one off, the link is broken. I asked multiple times for them to please send me my returns number and was continuously told that my items were not in poor condition. Eventually they told me to mail it back and then email them the tracking number which seems very shady to me. I doubt I would ever see my items or my refund again.
I am now putting a dispute in with paypal and my credit card company as they are simply refusing to honor their own policy. I have never had service this bad before, I am very shocked. The last email they sent me offered me a $15 coupon instead. I will not be needing that. My advice:

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. There are other sites that are way better and that offer good service.
