I ordered a copy of an old manual, they promised repeatedly to provide the download, but never did. So I reversed the charges on my credit card. I would never attempt to buy anything from them again.

I purchased a Cincinnati No. 1 1/2 Plain Universal Cutter Grinder Parts Manual from industrialmanuals.com and at first I received an email notifying me it would be less than 24hr to receive a download link.

Sure enough, Jim sent me a link a few hours later and downloaded the book just fine. My device's security software did not detect any malware and I will probably buy more manuals here again.

I'm glad I found this site. Good selection of Vintage manuals I couldn't find for months. I asked them to help me find a Chevalier FSG with special Schematics. 3 days and I've got it downloaded to my computer. Would buy from them again. Star

I ordered & paid for manual $89.00 never received manual, payment was taken out. They will not respond to email with many attempts, no Phone#

I have couple old machines and do not have any manuals for it since they are all to old, industrialmanuals.com save me because they carry old manuals. Not only they send the physical copy of the manual they also send the digital version of it so you can use it as soon as possible. Service is awesome.
