I orders a universal 128A cartridge for my canon laser printer price was very reasonable and shipping was fast, just installed it, fits perfectly fine. Quite happy with this purchase. I ordered 3 black ink cartridges for my HP printer. Although they looked correct they were very slightly bigger than the existing cartridges and the printer would not work with them. I wrote to the company to return the items and get a refund. I was completely ignored. Terrible company. I went to a competitor and no problems whatsoever. Probably best to avoid these people.

Ordered 2 inkjet cartridges and both arrived damaged. One has ink spilled within the sealed plastic packaging and when I removed the tab on the other, ink spilled all over the place. I've contacted them twice with no response and the phone number is out of service. I would have preferred to give a 0 star rating.
To order inks for my printer, their site describes some inks with codes which differ from manufacturer's codes and offers no codes for other inks. When the wrong ink was sent due to their poor descriptions and the problems pointed out to them, their response ignored the issue completely and essentially said 'We sent what you ordered." I will look elsewhere in the future.

They will avoid you like the plague if you try to do a return. Sent emails for months asking for a return and never heard back from anyone. No number on their website to call (if there is, they hid it well). Stuck with $80 worth of cartridges that I can't do anything with. Moved on to another company that will hopefully respect their customers more than this.
Do not buy form this company. I have sent them three emails for faulty product and have received no response. Such bad customer service. It is companies like this that give ecommerce a bad name and make customers shy away from purchasing online.

Do no purchase the refurbished ink cartridge's - it is hit or miss. I purchased two - one worked and one did not.

Terrible company myself and a girl I referred both have a box that is garbage and nobody responds no matter how many times you email and since there is no phone number it allows them to ignore you. Buy your ink elsewhere as they are rotten

I ordered color ink which was ok, but I ordered the wrong black ink. I have been trying to return the items for two weeks and never recieved a reply afer 4 attempts by email. No phone # to call. I wish I looked at this site before I hooked up with them.
Don't order from them because if you have a complaint, consern or return they don't care contrary to their positive claims on their web site.

I ordered three cartridges from this company (one Brother, and two HP Cartridges) all but one work ok. I emailed them a dozen times they have never returned my email. I was fortunate to speak to a Rep. She said it was not the cartridge but the drum that was faulty which I also ordered, however, when I checked on the printer, to my surprise the printer only uses one cartridge that I bought from Inkjet. I will be using another company from now on.

I worked in the company for 10 years, the last ones as a freelancer. Before they told me they would no longer have my services they asked to me to teach to other employees about my work, although they owed me 10 months of work at the time.
I waited for the payment before doing my part of explaining to my co-workers about my tasks in the company. They paid me less than the half belatedly and the other part was never paid.
Since then, I request the payment daily without answers.
I want to return a defective item so I email the return address given and get no response, my email just comes back to me. I have three different email accounts and they all come back the same. I am now trying to get a phone contact #. Very disappointed. This was an expensive item so I can't just write it off. Very bad form.
I purchased mustache ink cartridge's that did not fit snuggly into my cannon printer. Tried to return with no response to emails nor to the online chat system. Do NOT expect them to honor the money back guarantee!
I bought 2 B/W ink cartridges for a Canon PIXMA TS3120 printer. These were generic not OME. Said they were compatible but couldn't get the dame this to work no how no way. So I did what I was suppose to do, sent email to the support link requesting. On one contacted me at all. I spent $63 & change on these 2 things, and still in the dark. This company as far as I'm concern has terrible customer service & help, no phone # to call. Sent email telling them that they've lost my business, I won't be buying anything ever again from them. It really annoys me that you look to a company you do business with for help on an issue and the just ignore you, not willing to help what so ever :((
I normally order from a similiar company, ordered the cartridges, and when they worked, my printer stopped working, ink was outdated/dry. Colour was off on my red/yellows. Tried to find a customer service, no response, no help. No access to information to return. It appears to be a 2nd party business. Would not recommend this company.
Choose any other given company for your supplies, this one doesn't care about customers in any way! All they care about is your cash! 0 Support, takes forever to get the order, expensive!
I purchase some equipment a couple of months ago. When i placed the order, my receipt said it would take 2-3 business day's for the items to come but i have not seen them and it has been 2 months. I try calling them and they do not answer the phone, there is not answering machine the phone just hangs up. I tried email them over 5 times, and i never get a response. I feel that this is one of those sites that bills your credit card and then runs with the money. I know at these certain times that deliveries are slower than usual. If this company was legitimate, they would answer emails and phone calls.
Please do not purchase anything form this business if you do not want to loose your money.
I print VERY casually (1-2 x/week) but these cartridges lasted only about 10 months instead of the 2.5-3 years with other cartridges. In the meantime, my papers have been coming out with multi-colored dots. It looks like I'm printing on confetti paper. Since I've never had this issue before I can only attribute the problem to the inferior products sold by InkJetSuperstore. I'm now an EX-customer!
I have been using inkjet superstore for years. I normally purchase refurbished ink from them. Over the years I have had maybe 3 cartridges that were bad. I simply contacted them and they sent me a new one. I contacted them this week regarding the same and they were spectacular! I will definitely keep using them.
They will not call, email you after i went through there customer service 10 times, They do not even know what problem I have and I guess they don't care as they will not contact me.
Try contacting there customer service first, before you purchase.

I purchased twin cartridges (one black, one colour) from this company in late January. They arrived in about 5 days which I was happy with. When I installed the, the black cartridge was fine but the colour cartridge did not deliver ink. I cleaned the print heads 2 or 3 times and did a deep clean as well. No improvement.
I contacted the company by email. No replay after 5 days. I filled out a return form describing the problem and requested a replacement. No reply. I sent another email after 20 days. No reply. No way to contact by phone.
Lesson learned. Do not order cartridges from this company. Support is non-existent.

I ordered a pack of 6 HP colour cartridges (refilled), and one cartridge does not have colour (just grey instead o magenta). I tried to contact the company via *******@inkjetsuperstore.ca, but this email address cannot be reached. That's the only way to contact them. So I don't have any way to mitigate the problem. If the product works, you are in good luck. If not, then you can only write a review and never buy from them again.
I love the fact that I am rewarded for just shopping on their store. I just found out that I could also earn points just being social like last night when I tweeted about the item that I purchased. Their shipping took 3 days but I think it's just ideal and the quality of the HP ink that I bought from them is really great not to mention it is reasonably priced. Will I repurchase again? Of course, I will also use my accumulated points to save up on my next order.
