Inkxpert

I word at an EdTech company. We hired Inkxpert to write content for us. They only start working when you pay them half of the amount in advance. We did that too. They were supposed to write 4 website blogs in ******* in 1 month which they could not write. They delivered the last 2 website blogs on the last day when the month ended. When we asked them for some edits in the blogs they denied saying the subscription month is ended. On saying that we will do the payment only after the edits, they started sending threatening emails like *******@Legal -

Client is denying pending payment as per GST compliance after utilising full service of 1-month subscription. Please file for breach of contract and send legal notice to the official address of the client company and take due action accordingly.

Inkxpert is a great company with a lot of opportunities for everyone. There is no work pressure in the company, everyone works at their own pace. The company is quite client-centric and understands and caters to the need of the clients.

I had a truly terrible experience with inkxpert.com. The company promised unlimited content for my Brightpoint website, but after making the payment, I did not receive a single piece of content from them. My assigned project manager, Abhishek, was unresponsive and did not deliver on any of the promised services.

It is clear that inkxpert.com is only interested in taking clients' money without providing any value in return. Their business practices are unethical and unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and demand a full refund for my payment. I strongly advise others to steer clear of inkxpert.com and avoid falling victim to their false promises and fraudulent business practices.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Stay far away from inkxpert.com.

Please do not hire Inkxpert ever for any work. We hired them for our content requirements, here's what they do:

Never take meetings or calls!

They have a process that they'll take everything in written or audio format as per their briefing template and will not come for meetings, even they are delivering the wrong content for 3-4 times.

Even after providing detailed briefings multiple times, they can't even write the correct copy. Forget, hitting the right copy, they can't even provide right company details and that's a simple copy-paste task from LinkedIn.

No matter how much you request for a meeting, they will not come for it.

-A guy Akhilesh will send Sales email to you and will come for the meeting but once you make half of the payment, they will never come for the calls.

They don't have experienced and technical copywriters, they have a pool of freelancers who don't have technical expertise and provide you such vague copies which doesn't even make sense.
-After my multiple email to them on their horrible service, they said we can cancel our subscription and they'll charge on pro-rata basis for work delivered and will make the rest of the payment. They are so smart that somehow they'll charge the full amount and will give you a refund of Rs.100-200.

Please save yourselves and never hire them!

Such a HORRIBLE service!

The company has a dedicated support team that works very well. Every collaboration and project was really quite enthusiastic about working with. The content team is quite impressive. They really fulfill and cater to all the needs of the client. As a client you just need to explain your needs and your target audience to them and the work is done.
