This is basically a one man operation headed by Gregoire Gentil https://www.linkedin.com/in/gregoiregentil/ http://www.gentil.com As you can see, if you click on the links, the idea for the product is a good one, and not at an exorbitant price (compared to professional systems). BUT... there's a drawback. And in this case it's the fact that he is indeed a one-man band and just doesn't have the staff to successfully engineer a reliable product, nor a customer service team that is any way helpful or effective. What you get instead is down to pot luck: it *may* work or (more probably, judging by comments on public forums, it won't). In which case you have to rely on firmware updates that again, may or may not help. He certainly doesn't care about after-sales support, which mostly consists of 'turning it off and on again' - which, if that doesn't succeed, leads to sarcastic insinuations that it's the customer at fault rather than the shoddy construction of the product itself. My advice is to avoid this gentleman and his toy-like machines like the plague. There are far better systems available (eg Swingvision) that actually do what is advertised, rather than just pick the pockets of naïve individuals such as myself. On a final note: the so-called 'warranty' is apparently only 6 months long (which is against EU and UK trading law); surely a red light for anyone - and I berate myself for not taking notice of it. Fair warning!
