Placed an order on October 27,2022, tracked it daily. Order made it to local USPS in Florida. RETURNED TO SENDER due to insufficient address. I then received a notice it arrived in COPPELL TEXAS, stilled handled by USPS. The next "UPDATE" stated order was delivered to a "front desk in Coppell Texas". Contacted Inspired Household 3 times via email, and have had no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM INSPIRED HOUSEHOLD!

Not dealing with the Chinese, their scams and their inferior products is just going to make us stronger and smarter. Every time we buy their trash they sit back, collect our money, and have a hardy laugh at " those stupid Americans". We need to stop making them richer (at least their government) and start buying more American products. We might pay more but at least we know what we're getting and that its good and safe.

I purchased these for moderate bladder leaks.not light period or drip of urine.will need pad.that was not what I wanted…disappointing description..

Been trying to contact customer service via email twice, yet no response. According to their website, you will receive a response within 3 days but until now, no response. I wanted to return the product which I'm not satisfied but seems like I am not able to get hold of anyone. Only email, no telephone number.

Ordered green tea face moisturizer said it was delivered Jan 9th. I will advise you not buy anything from this Asian. Website very unprofessional no customer care fake advertisement and terrible customer service I ordered a product and wanted return it and get my refund I emailed it to *******@inspiredhousehold.com. They blocked my email. Can't email no contact no. Phone

WTF is this? Hahahaha. I can't stop laughing. I paid almost $ 60 Australian dollars for this.
I received totally different size. It says COMPUTER STAND, but it is the size of an iPad or mobile phone. Hahahahah. It took more than two weeks to get home, and I called the carrier company to find this. Hahaha
It's so funny this scam website. I wrote this review for people who use inspiredhousehold.com. I believe all products are not real. They are crooks. No customer service at all. I had a good learning hahahahahah

Placed an on-line order for a portable vacuum cleaner on Dec. 22, '23, and received its shipment on 01-12-24. However, I could not have the unit work. It could not be charged at all. Judging from the light weight of the unit (266 gram or 9.4 oz), it was easily concluded the unit did not have a rechargeable battery nor a motor, and was constructed nothing but plastic frame. - MIchiganian

I ordered My money saving binder and ironically lost money because….IT NEVER CAME. EmaiLed the contact info for 2 weeks and never heard from them. This whole sight is a SCAM

Ordered two items (the same).
Received only one item. E Mailed them all the info, and after four days have not received a response.
Lost half my money.

Ordered a month ago and have received 2 order numbers…neither of which is valid. Cannot get in touch with this company. Scammed. Lesson learned. Stop ordering $#*! off TikTok. My money was probably used to fund nuclear bombs that will destroy America…

Show and actually use photos and descriptions pf a reputable company's product at half the price. But when and of the product arrives it is not what is in the photo or description. Their web says 60 day refunds but it's worthless when they don't respond to you. What do they care? Are you going to track them down on China? My mistake

This company does not deserve any business. They have horrible products. I tried to follow their return policy and they don't follow through.

Arrived in 3 weeks just what I ordered. An owl clock. Good instructions,now starts the fun. Looking forward to it!

Never received product and doesn't respond to emails and no refund. Out of pocket of $71.00. No phone number on site either. Should had check that first and the prior reviews. Lesson learned. Don't buy from this company.

Ordered in good faith. Got email confirmation it was shipped. Couldn't track and no responses from several attempts via email. They don't list a phone number on their site. Another china trip off IMO. Buyer beware!

I ordered a teeth whitening kit and never received any product. I will advise all not to use this website. I ordered on September 21 and still have not received anything, I think this business is a scam and does not care about taking customers mony.

Item was not at all as represented. Absolute scam. Was an expensive hand held vacuum that was advertised as most powerful but had absolutely no suction at all. No name on product or box anywhere. Was made just to SCAM people.

Its been a month and still haven't gotten my order, now when I log in says I don't have an account and to track your order it wants personal information. I wouldn't have gave any stars but it won't let me post without at least 1

This is a scam! I never received my product. I tried calling the number that they have on file and number never went through. I sent an email they never respond back, so don't purchase anything from this company.

I have been at this company for a refund for close to 10 months now. My bank won't give me one even after proof they have not contacted me. Has anyone ever received a refund or contact from them. Any ideas of what to do? This has been the worst company ever and wished I had researched them prior to purchase.

I ordered a neck massager from inspired household but never received it. I contacted them by e-mail (the only way you can contact them) five e-mails but haven't heard from them yet, haven't received my merchandise or refund/credit my money back. They steal your money and you have no way to get in touch with them. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I hope that my bank can take care of this matter. I tried to contact BBB, but UK don't have a BBB!
