I love Inspire Me Home Decor! They curate the best and greatest home decor pieces! I got a lot of compliments on the tea set I got from IMHD. And I just ordered a sofa from their collection last week and it will be arriving soon! Nowadays, everything is taking forever but with IMHD shipping is always so quick and easy.

It took 1 month to receive some of my items. They still don't know when I will receive the rest of the order. It is a false advertisement because their website said 2 weeks to ship, which is clearly not the case. It's sad that Farah has a million videos posted on Instagram and has never mentioned how long the customers will have to wait once an order has been placed. The items are good quality though. I will not be purchasing from this store anymore!

I love Inspire Me Home Decor! They curate the best and greatest home decor pieces! I got a lot of compliments on the tea set I got from IMHD. Tip for consumers:
If you do not want to wait a month or more to receive your items I suggest dont buy from them.

Quality of products are amazing. Customer service was very responsive. Packaged nicely. Received items in a reasonable time. Love it all! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Received my ginger jar broken due to not being properly packaged on this company's end. Called and had the worst customer service experience ever. The man was rude with attitude telling me to file an insurance claim. Snarky and an oh well attitude.
Actually said they hope I purchased insurance.
This should be solely on them for such a poor job of packaging.
This was damage was STRICTLY due to poor to no packaging material. Now I have to file a claim and wait. This was my last purchased from this company.

I loved everything I bought. One of my items arrived broken, and when I called customer service, they were very helpful and quickly sent me a replacement. Her items have become a staple in my home!

I ordered a rug almost a month ago. After multiple unanswered emails (because I can't find a phone number for this business), I was told last week that it would ship last week and I would receive an email. I never received an email. I have sent about ten different inquiries since then via Instagram, Facebook and email and I have not gotten an update yet. I will be contacting my credit card company at the end of the week as that will be four weeks since I ordered and no status and no rug.

Omggggg! I am so happy with my two new paintings, they made such a difference in my hallway. Doing two definitely elevated the space. Will be buying more from this website!

First of all, if you do not care when you receive or how well the customer service is move on. Their website is falsely promoting "fast and reliable shipments" (FALSE)! Nothing is fast or reliable. I spent a significant amount of money on Christmas presents from their site over a month ago and here I sit on Christmas still waiting for them to ship my packages. When reached out to customer service they gave me the run around about it being shipped out that week... well I waited that week and WOW no shipment. They send me another email after I inquired and they are telling me it's in processing and will be shipped out this week again. Sounds like a scam? Possibly. You only get one customer service person - GABE -- with no phone number or any other way to reach anyone else.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!

I really love everything I've purchased from inspire me home decor. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now and I can say that they have one of the best customer service team. I've had to reach out a few times about some of my orders and they were quick in resolving the issues.

All the items arrived and I thought there was one refund I received it, the quality is excellent at their price, and the shipment is not really that bad because I am from overseas. So I am expecting maybe it's way too long to wait. But not, it's only 2 weeks and a half and they arrived. I will buy more thank you.

This was my first Inspire Me Home decor order. After eyeing a few items for a while I finally placed my order during their Black Friday sale. I placed my order on 11/21 and the final shipment came in on 12/17. It took almost a month to receive this order, when I finally received it, lo and behold an item is missing. This shop has just been overhyped for no reason. Farah does a good job marketing her products online, but can't be bothered to respond to customer complaints. Poor business practice.

The last order I placed with Inspire Me! Home Decor, I received a broken mug. I reached out to their customer service and they were very helpful. They sent me a replacement right away.

I've been purchasing from this company for a few years now! Shipping was always super slow but I've always been patient with them because I loved the items and looked forward to receiving them! But, as of lately, I would purchase an item, the transactions would complete then weeks later I would receive a notification that the item is no longer available and we're issuing you a refund. Ugh! Who wants to constantly get this notification after already patiently waiting on a super slow shipment within the states at that! This has happened to me quite a few times and I keep trying to give them a chance but no more! Very sad that I have to leave this review but more disappointed in the bad business service that I received back to back! Either they're taking my items away that I've purchased and giving them to someone else or they don't have enough items to go around but still letting transactions go through! I'm not too sure but it's very frustrating to say the least!

This company steals every "design" from Homegoods & Tjmaxx. Nothing is original. Just do yourself a favor and head to your nearest Homegoods. The owner Farah has a nice social media presence-sure, but she knows nothing about running an honest business. They have ripped off so many innocent people. Constantly orders will be canceled weeks later, or items just not sent out at all. If an item is sent out broken (which frequently happens due to their poor shipping habits), You'll have to deal with it. You are going to want to just file a claim with your bank- this business will not accept any sort of responsibility. This business is very crooked & should be shut down.

My daughter likes Inspire me Home Decor and has had items on her Christmas List for tge past 4 years. Every year the products take twice as long to ship out. This year I placed an order on 12/03/22 and her it is 12/19 and the in stock atoms have not been processed let alone shipped. Tgey have no telephone customer service only email. They reply after 24 hours

I have waited over a year to get an item from them when the item was back in stock and finally did arrive. It arrived very damaged, and did not look like the item online and it was part of a collection that I was trying to complete, They could not guarantee me the item because it was out of stock once again, and told me that they didn't know if it was going to return, but still have it on their site not stating so only offering me 15% off which I think is ridiculous considering the damage there sustainability and coverage fee and sales taxes the mind you waiting for the product to come back in stock The price was much lower than what it was when I came back in stock will not be doing business with this company ever again they do not value their customers.

I ordered a marble rolling pin as a gift. It took longer than expected for the item to arrive (13 days from order which is long compared to many companies). The quality did not meet my expectations (I am not an overly picky person, but even my husband thought it was poor quality.) The wooden handles did not spin and they were glued on... for a rolling pin? The glue was messy and there were gaps at the seams between the marble and the wood. I could not give this as a gift. I could have returned it if I paid for shipping. I was going to do this, however shipping was more than the $60 (including tax) rolling pin (marble is heavy, and rolling pins are long). I could have spent ~ $63 to get a $60 refund less a 15% restocking fee! I asked for an exception since it was a quality issue (I didn't merely change my mind) but no luck. So I am stuck with a lousy item that I don't want. I purchased a beautiful, nicer quality rolling pin that was even less expensive for the gift (the bride loves it). I was aware of the return policy, but did not expect to need to do a return (lesson learned). I was surprised and disappointed they wouldn't compromise for a quality issue, especially when their website says "We are obsessed with your satisfaction". Nice sentiment, but no action in my case. So my experience with Inspire Me Home Decor was not good and I will never order from them again. (I didn't post any photos because the item is still packaged for return and currently living under the bed. I haven't decided on how to get rid of it yet.)
