Purchased an item and recieved a piece of cheap, dodgy copy. It's not real Instyler, fake one. Totally bogus site. Sent a couple of emails complaining and recieved no reply. Even they sent me wrong plug and I have to buy converter for it. They charged me in USD instead of AUD though the website is Instylerraustraliatv.com. Please don't purchase anything from them. Wish I checked the review before placing order.
