As a potential client they ask you to "Register" without
Obvious or clear notification that this will cost you until you've
Filled out data, given them tons of information, and then
Suddenly you are presented with a cost-rate to pay them...

Thus, they've had you given personal private info, before knowing
There will be a charge for registration... creepy!
