I had put my preference of age range and it never changed!
I cancelled my subscription before it would have lapsed due to the same people interacting w/ me.
Its an automatic renewal, so be sure to follow their steps in avoiding that!

Like I said on the topic title, yes, this is the second online dating service I've had to report today - but thankfully this time it's for a completely different reason.

Okay, where to begin? This site is run by the same company as be naughty ( they're well-known for catfishing).

Filtering search results does not allow me to filter by age. I have no problems dating a woman a couple of years older than me, but when I'm being matched up with women in their mid-to-late 50s there's a problem.

Filtering by distance is a joke. I was looking for women no longer than 50 miles away from me and still being matched up with women in New York and North Carolina.

Not going to lie.
I've been out of the dating game for 9 years. My area doesn't offer a lot as far as the dating pool is concerned.

But anymore, it seems like this oversaturation it's just as heartbreaking as it is prolific.

In any case, I should probably go out and grab a couple of scratch offs. I have a better chance of winning 500 Grand from one of those than actually finding a real person with the hope of a real future through any of these "services."

This is a rip off. You're supposedly allowed to cancel within three days for a refund but no one answers your email ever. The majority of the matches I received were black. I can meet black dudes on my own. I couldn't get anything different when I switched my preferences. This is just a rip off... this is really a waste of money for black women. I'm done with this site. The least they could do is give me a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON INTERRACIAL PEOPLE MEET... IT IS A RIP-OFF!

I signed up for 1 month at $13 and a "service fee" of $3.99 was added after I hit submit!
I do NOT remember reading anything stating that a fee would be applied. Also I did not see too many men of "other" races BUT mostly BLACK MEN. I immediately wrote an email and called my bank. By the time I three way called with my banker on the line and spoke w/ someone the $17.98 charge was being refunded via email about 10 min. Later... SMH! DON'T do it!

The issue I'm raising is "AGE". I have been consistenly complimented that I look 20 years younger than I am. This should be a plus for me. However, having my age VISIBLY ADVERTISED appears to be a diservice to me causing my profile to attrack only the men left in my age group interested in me and they all look terrible, while weeding out the younder men that would be otherwise attracted to me if my age wasn't advertised. Age is suppose to be just a number. But the truth is socitey discriminates against age. There should only be the consent that you acknowledge you're over 18 period. The age criteria should be left as a profile option. Giving me the opportunity to share that information after I've attracted someone. Interracial dating in itself has it's challenges, but obviously add age discrimination to the mix and it becomes more challenging. People of a certain age that look good should not be exploited because their age is posted for all to see. My point is, I'm not ashamed of my age but I quickly discoved it's weeding out a lot of potential interests. This impacts the older people, the young and beautfiul are oblivious to the age thing until they find themselves in the older age group ranks. I look very good for my age and I want a fair chance at attracting a nice looking person regardless of age (I hope you would agree, an asset should work for you not against you). I'm not trying to rock the cradle, but the men in my age group are not looking good at all. For this review I intentionally have not identified my age group so as not to offend anyone. But I'm stating what I have observed. Marketing and sales please take a minute to consider what I'm saying. For the service you're providing and the profit you're making please go back to the round table, elect some social dating behaviorist and work on addressing these issues with a goal of making this service a better experience for all your customers. I hope you won't just be satisfied with making a profit as a segment of your customer base are paying a membership while sitting on the sidelines feeling frustrated and left out. I am only one person, but I will to bet I represent many who may have the same concern about the age issue that I raise. I also suggest that you openly offer periodic surveys so people have an opportunity to give you their feedback on what's working and what isn't. In my opinion, you have only done just enough to attrack a membership base for the purpose of sales and profit. I hope that you would listen to the issues I've raised in order to sell your service in a way that allows all your customers to feel a sence of getting something for their money instead of feeling like this service is a waste of money. My final suggestion would be to program your code on your site in a way that the customer can query by age but, the age of the person doesn't have to appear in their profile unless they want it to. You've now solved the problem allowing people to query by age, while allowing a person's age to not not be in full view to everyone unless they want it to. If you would look at what you can do to improve on some of these issues I raise, it may serve to make your service a better experience for me and many of your customers who may agree with me. I've never heard of a site being 'interracial' but you basically are matched with the race you check off. I guess because they know I'm black, they only match me with other black men. If you're another race, the same will probably happen to you! Don't waste you money.

They will charge you for 3 months when you only requested 1. When i said i was going to take my profile (which I did) they wont refund.

Very poor dating site.
Typical in that they expect people to be a paying member to be able to do anything here. Even the basics. That coupled with the fact that they want someone to pay for a VERY small pool of mostly homely and/or fat women, most of whom haven't been online in MONTHS!

I've deleted my profile and sticking with Plenty Of Fish!

I have been asking you for the last 2 weeks to return my $96.18 that you used my debit card that I did not authorize. I have tried to be nice, but you evidently are not being nice. I would appreciate an explanation. Looking forward to my money back or a reason for what your company did without my consent.

I don't know why they call this an interacial dating site. Because 99% of the females are black. It should be called the black dating site. What a rip off.

If you're a man looking for a woman you have a plethora to choose from. However, if you're a woman, run to the nearest grocery aisle at whole foods, or marianos or hell even target or Walmart and you're probably better off. Also, there is a man name John C Krawiec trolling the site. I guess he belongs to match.com, also... ladies use your head and just google. There are few men in the 45-55 age group and over half demand a picture but will not bother to write a profile. Also, I'm not sure if they understood, it would probably be a good idea to present a good pic. Lmao at the sitel It wasn't worth the $18.00 one month trial. Glad I cancel and after 5 days.
