Website say services (EIN and LLC) within 24 hours. Didn't get that. Apparently the name already existed so I provided 5 alternate names. 4 days later no response. 8 days later no response. I called their customer service and got a very nasty lady who hung up on me and terminated the call... no refund. No product. Was forced to goto my bank to delcare a fraudulent transaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This is not an official IRS website. They do not check if your information is correct. LLC companies need to have LLC in the legal name. They did not catch that error and will not do the work to correct it other than give you a mailing address. Do not use this website. They are taking advantage of unknowing people.
They charged $1266, When I want to cancel the order, they can cancel all of the orders, nonrefundable orders refuse to be mailed to me. I paid $1266, and I got nothing.
