All of the mixed reviews fooled me! It turns out to be total fraud! Never received item ordered and had multiple fraudulent charges on my credit card 2-3 weeks after I made my purchase with iShop AG. Scam!

I had the same experience as many people on here. Bought an item, got an email that said they were waiting for payment approval, never received my item, and two weeks later had a whole bunch of attempts to steal money from my card number. Canceled the credit card of course. Fake company. Fake items. Total fraud.

Straight-up fraud. They pretend they use a secure system to process payments but they just steal your credit card number. They never ship anything out. All the products they say they have don't. It also happened to a family member of mine too. I emailed to cancel and order and they told me it would take 48 hours but also said the payment didn't go through yet... super shady.

This company should be investigated for fraud (if it actually exists). Placed an order and received email stating they were awaiting payment approval. Two weeks later my bank notifies me of fraudulent activity. They use this site to steal card information and I dont believe they have any products for sale. Avoid them like the plague. Positive reviews are as bogus as the company!

I always use my credit card at trusted stores (Amazon.com; Homedepot, Walmart.com and Lowes.com). I never have an issue with it until recently I tried to purchase something from this website (their price is 1/3 cheaper but does not have a confirmed shipping date). The charge did not go through but card info was stolen. My credit card then was used to pay for hotel rooms and online meals, etc.

Be careful buying things from this website.

Waited over a month for my son's zombie strike axe Buttstock. Never received it. Had to google them. The receipt had no link. They informed me there was a banking error! Would have addressed any "real" issue had I been informed. Awful! Just Awful!

Do not give info to this scam website. Stole my debit card info and charged dominos pizza in broken arrow, ok. Tried to charge another $330. These people should be jailed, the scumbags.

Tried to order a Lego set for my son's birthday. Saw charges pending in bank, but they kept disappearing. Item was never received. Can't reach them via phone and no email explaining the delay has arrived. Would not purchase from them again.

I ordered a sun and shade pool. The first time my order was cancelled and the second time my money was refunded with the explanation it had something to do with their credit card interface. Terrible experience and i had to go to another vendor to get the product. I suspect they did not want to ship it to New York.

Didn't ship. Stole card info. Was used to attempt fraudulent $453 purchase. Card blocked and now having to replace. SCAM! BEWARE!

I was searching for a water table for my toddler and google kept showing ¡shopAG having the best prices by about 10-20%, which didn't set off any alarms for me. I still researched prior and found limited reviews and info about the site, red flag, but convinced myself it was just a new company. Well 4 days after my purchase, no shipping confirmation, so I reached out and was told that my card was declined? I have a high limit Mastercard so this definitely was a concern. Looked up there site again and saw a few reviews stating that their cars was declined as well. Complete scam. Now I have to follow up with my credit card company and monitor my credit so these people to steal from me.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an ice cream machine for my son-in- law's birthday. Thirteen days before it. After not receiving it, on June 6, I emailed the support team and was told the money had not been captured. I tried again, and even though they said that they would email me back, they never did. I called MasterCard and told them to stop the charge, but he said that they couldn't, but if it went through I could dispute it. So I tried several times to call them, but got a "customer is busy message" so I just emailed the support guy and told them in writing to cancel the order. And I ordered it through another company. It is so frustrating that I was so tickled for him to get the gift (on his BD) and now he won't. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased if (lesson learned) this company is not even worth a half of a star!

I would give a 0 if I could. After a month, order never arrived. Chatted with representative who said it was cancelled bc there was a payment problem between the bank and payment gateway! Really? I received no confirmation email of purchase and no notification whatsoever that there was a problem. I was even dropped on the chat! Has to be a scam!

I tried to purchase an item on this website and within 30 days there had been several fraudulent charges on my card.

It's an absolute waste of time and especially money. This site is nothing more than a scam to steal money that you won't ever get back. STAY AWAY

This is the second time I have used this website to find a great deal on a stove. Best deal around. The first time ordering was 2 months ago and was a great easy purchase. Now I'm back to purchase for another kitchen.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAMMERS! Thank god I cancelled my credit card in time! I saw multiple purchase attempts.

BEWARE! This site is designed to take your credite card info and then not fulfill your order. If you have/did enter it, keep an eye on your banking over the next few months for illegitimate charges.

Scam! The good reviews are FAKE! They are taking peoples card info, charging their cards, then the charge disappeared but shows up RANDOMLY for a few weeks. Still not sure if I was charged and how many times!?

I wanted to purchase a WATER TABLE FOR MY GRANDSONS BIRTHDAY. Was I taken. No charges as of yet

They accepted the order and charged my card but then said the order was on hold and never shipped it. I tried to reach customer service through their Chat but they never responded. I emailed customer service and the the email was returned undeliverable. This website is a scam and not a real business. I do not recommend.
