I had a pair of their sandals for a long time and when they finally wore out I ordered the exact same pair. I wore them occasionally for 8 months when the part that goes between the toes on the left shoe became loose and looked like it had been sliced with a knife. It was almost completely broken. I emailed the company and first they said sometimes damages occur during "shipping" (no they weren't damaged 8 months ago during shipping!) and that they wanted photos. I sent them photos and they ignored me. After emailing them repeatedly, they promised to mail me a new pair. I waited several weeks and had to email them repeatedly. They finally sent a new pair. I will never buy this brand again.
