Had no issues over several back and forth calls with Mario's office booking trip. I booked a trip. Tried calling same numbers back to discuss additional flight needs, no answer. Left messages. No call back. Sent e-mail. No response. I will expend great time and energy putting this most disappointing story out there in social media and on-line. It will continue for a very long time.

ASAP changed flights multiple times to Rome through Philly. Cover sheet in each said "flight to Rome Italy". Didn't object to minor few minute vchanges to Rome. Instead, ASAP also changed return "flight to Washington"from April 9 to 11, leaving us to scramble for hotel at exorbitant rates on Easter Sunday and Monday. 3 agents refused to connect me to supervisor, saying I would get call within 2 hours, which never came.
Requesting reimbursement upon return, ASAP refused, "since the flight is fully used". Would charge $6000 for one way return for 3 on April 9. When home ASAP did runaround, including recalling email stating case was closed, and then prohibiting from posting online review because case was still open.

Never deal with with this company! They wont refund money. Agents are trained to be psycho for the money, behavior manipulation framework to be rushed and booked which I would say immorals!

We bought the tickets to Canada and the travel agent in ASAP said the after purchasing the tickets will received the random seats for like 24 to 72 hrs but until now we dont have an assigned seats. Not a good experience.

I'm a former travel agent, worked for ITN 3.5 years. This is a good place to gain experience and find out more about the industry. Since the Covid pandemic started it was very emotionally to work with clients as each of them is a human being and you want to help everyone in this difficult time. From supervisors side I've always received support and motivation to become a better travel agent. Currently I've moved to other challenges in my life but I'll always remember time spent at ITN with special warmth.

My experience wasn't easy but ASAP Tickets made it happen. After several cancellations and also replanning I finally traveled to my destination. Yes, the process wasn't easy but I would like to thank my agent Wayne for being with me through these months and always following up on any new changes. With any hesitation I will continue using ASAP Tickets and ITN for all of my future travel.

Paid for a magazine that actually gave information and relevant overseas retirement help, but, this is just a front for you to buy other FAKE magazines! RIP OFF!

We understand that the world wide pandemic has upset and affected the travel industry. We purchased tickets last year for travel from San Diego to Munich and back to San Diego. We also purchased the ASAP trip insurance. Obviously the trip had to be cancelled. We have been attempting to receive a refund and have even authorized a 500 dollar "processing" deduction and after hearing promises over the past weeks that the credit has been processed, there is still no refund. We have spoken to at least 6 different agents and none of them will transfer to supervisor. Instead they just repeat that the refund should be arriving in the next 14 days. This is not an acceptable way of doing business and indicates that the company ASAP Travel and its parent ITNcorp are either totally incompetent or very dishonest and taking advantage of clients seeking discounts through travel consolidators. I suggest avoiding them.

Our wedding anniversary trip was arranged by ITN agent Jedrick and it was organized perfectly. We had a layover in Frankfurt and then arrived at our final destination. The hotel Jedrick from arranged for us was newly renovated and stylish. Thanks your for your hard work and God bless you! Hope to have more possibilities to fly with your company again.

So when the reservation was made there was a mistake, fortunately we purchased the insurance. We had to cancel and immediately called (same day) and was told we can't make any changes to the ticket, we have to cancel it. Ok fine, we cancel it. Here we are almost 2 months later, still no refund! I call and call and call. Noone knows anything, I have to explain every single time what the situation is and they transfer me to another person, who I then have to explain AGAIN. I've spent hours on the phone with them with no more knowledge than I had before. They try to confuse and be tricky with their smoke and screen act. It's sad that this company has stolen $2k from my deaf mother. I've never heard of a company that won't allow you to talk to managers/supervisors. Some of the guys on the phone were argumentative. I've been hung up on mid sentence. I've been put on hold and hung up on. Seriously, spend your money elsewhere! I wish I knew more sites this place is on to warn other consumers.

MATTEO, was very polite patient and helpful as well as readily available any time I needed to contact. We went through several phone calls and worked out a travel plan with a fair price compared to the competition. I would highly recommend this company I believe they can beat most other prices.

My flight was cancelled from VCR to Toronto and I was trying to utilize the travel protection plan that I took from ITN. BUT to my dismay, they left me to handle the cancellation and rebooking issue which based on the travel protection plan, ITN is supposed to work it over with the airlines on behalf of the passenger. I made calls for several times, told to wait for a call but nothing. I have to make several calls. I requested for special compensation based on the travel plan but ITN refused to do so. My advise is NEVER TAKE ITN TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN...they will just collect your money and they won't help you if you're in dire need..

I'm using this service for over 8 years. What I like the most about ITN/ASAP is their agents, they add the real value of service. Prices for flights are competitive and there are always options to choose from. Will continue using this service and recommend to do so also to my friends.

They charge for things that they say for included such as the $39 charge for I'm not sure what it is for, Then there is the undisclosed fees it say have for making your ticket, then there is the fact that after I paid for my ticket and then going to the American Airlines website I saw the ticket was almost $100 less than ASAP had charged me. I am mediately called the next day after they ticketed me to discuss the difference and also found out that the agent added a $40 tip to the price of the ticket which according to two other agents was only $240 he charged $280 and then asked for a tip which I gave him. Ethan was a very bad agent would not call me back, would not connect me to his supervisor, and I am still fighting with from Thanksgiving ticket that I was overcharged and he said it's too late to fight it once the flight is over. Hello I've been trying to fight it since the day after it was ticketed.

Mercedes was an awesome help, thanks to Mercedes I saved 80 dollars on my trip. It was a pleasant surprise to receive such a personable service without paying extra money for it. From now on I will only call her when I need a flight ticket. Thank you ASAP. Mercedes you are the best 100%!

We purchased tickets December19,2020 for a round trip flight to Barcelona cancelled by Delta on April 11,2020.
I have sent numerous emails and spoken to at lease 8 agents and still no refund. They will not let you speak to a supervisor or anyone in customer service.
I was told on May 5,2020 that I would receive a full refund and that I needed to fill out an online authorization form so that ASAP could cancel our trip and seats and in order for them to process a refund... Refund Request Form... I filled out the form on May 5,2020... I have a copy!
Delta refunded ASAP's money on May 13th and Delta gave me the proof!
Why did Delta say you owe me a full cash refund in a timely matter?
Why can't I speak to someone who can authorize a refund?
