I dont normally leave reviews but i had to. I had an assignment due in a few hours and they saved my@#$. I thought i would get a failing grade for failing to submit. When i talked to the Brandon on live chat, he assured me that i would get the paper. I was a bit skeptical but still went ahead to post the work because i had no choice. I was relieved to receive my paper because i was now sure they were not running a scam. I have not received the grade yet but i am hoping the paper will pass :).

They have not given me any feedback on sample essays and their support system to generate a ticket also does not work. It has been a month since I submitted an essay. They also make you accept a disclaimer in which you forego any rights to the essay and you may be accused of plagiarism if you decide to submit your essay anywhere. Really shoddy if you ask me
They have the worst customer service! I used the 24/7 support and they took forever to respond. I emailed the email and no response as well as calling the number left and never got a response. My essay wasn't finished and I haven't gotten my money back and my other order was finished 2 hours later. I'm now trying to get my money back because 1 didn't do the essay and 2 didn't even finish it on time. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this Website. DON'T USE! Getting a refund is a SCAM as well!
The website looks like UK's but it is not, just some local website in Kenya. Not legit at all. I have worked with the company before as a writer, but I am disappointed. The website keep having technical issues where there are days that you can't even login and upload your order. Has rude support, Brandon being one of them. He will chat with an attitude all the time and ignores some of your questions. David, who claims to be the administrator, does not respond to your mail or message at all. Everything is just poorly managed. Communication is poor. If you're a customer, just know that the person who will work on their order will not be paid. They claim to have over 3252 qualified writers, yet they on have close to 20 writers. Some have been blocked from the site because the owe them about $1000. Just run for your life whether you're a writer or a customer. Nothing is credible in the site.
