When I realized my order would not arrive in time for my vacation I reviewed their cancelation policy. It stated that any order could be canceled if it had not been shipped. You will receive an order cancellation email notification when customer service is successful to cancel an order. They refused to cancel and charged me anyway. After several emails back and forth they are charging me to return the item.
