Not sure about you, but I really dislike any drive-thru that makes you back up once you are at the checkout window to pay and pick up your food. All they are doing is cheating their system to restart the clock making their manager believe that they are delivering your order in a timely fashion. It is an inconvenience to back up when all I want to do is pay and get my food. I am afraid if I don't back up at their request, they will spit in my food or worse. I even called to complain to the store manager and additionally to his district manager since they did not stop this bad behavior only to return with no change in place. Each and every visit, they make me back up. I will never return again after my last experience. Shame, Shame, Shame!

I wish i could start off with Positive feedback but Ive had Bad experiences Ordering Food from JackIntheBox app, So My understanding from reading a description is that my order Will Be whats Posted in the description. I made an order a couple times where i Thought i was ordering a whole combo(description stated fries and tacos nd a reg. Beverage). When the order arrived it was just a burger now if the burger was At a reasonable price with the shipping fee included i wouldnt mind but $18 but a burger with no Fries, tacos, and Soda is way too much if it was a burger with Colby steak then i wouldnt mind but cmon... And it wasnt one time either... this only happends when i ordered from Jack in the box App. I dnt know why but i wish they could fix it. Hopefully they do nd maybe i could Update my review. Aside from that They do have Good food, refreshing drinks and more
