I had purchased a 2yr membership but when the website was redesigned, I can no longer log in. I've asked customer service to help resolve this issue and sent my invoice as proof but so far it's been a waste of time. I like what they are providing but not if they don't have customer service in place to help with something like this, it is unacceptable. Almost an entire year's worth of membership fee is wasted!

Tip for consumers:
Try some other service that can provide live customer service.
For many years, I used Jacqui Lawson cards for everything - you name it: birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, get well, thinking of you, thankyou, etc, etc and willingly accepted the terms for automatic payment. A while ago, when I couldn't make it work for me, I wrote a note citing poor performance, followed limited instructions and heard nothing. Today, intending to satisfy a perfect application, I tried again and got nowhere. A great product & service with good management has been ruined. Unfortunately, I will join many others and not even try again. I wish I knew of a good alternative.
