Depending on what you expect of the system, its really quite good - it's very easy to use and does a good job on grammar, catching misspelled words and punctuation. I would use it again... if I could. And that's where the problem lies. Suddenly the system seems to be blocked, I upload and nothing happens, the assistant on the right keep on scrolling endlessly and does nothing. I'm very far from the allowable word limit. I've un-installed it and reinstalled, I've even used another account but we cannot solve the problem... so, I've given up.
