Very happy with SiteGround. It's just gotten a bit too hard to get ahold of a human to resolve a billing issue (my mistake). The person I chatted with (Vladimir) was awesome but OMG, getting to him! Please make it a bit easier. I rarely need help, but I screwed up an order and needed a refund on something I'd already paid for. REALLY not intuitive getting to an actual person, especially for such a simple issue. Attempt to upload images did not seem to go through. (Grrrrr...)
