I bought a necklace on the 16th of January 2014 and 2 months on to date still have not received my item. I have contacted the seller and have been fobbed off with a shoddy tracking system that tells you absolutely nothing, I've been given false promises of delivery days and somebody sorting it out. They did not hesitate to take my money and when asked for a refund have had no word back.
