“Beautiful designs, disappointing customer service”

I hesitated to leave this review but a recent wonderful customer experience with another small business spurred me to do so. I ordered a ring and nail polish back in Fall 2020. Unfortunately, UPS lost the package, which was confirmed by J. Hannah's team. They refused to offer a replacement for the ring (the order was nearly $200 for reference) as I didn't purchase the route tracking insurance. I know better to do so moving forward, but I was dismayed at the lack of real help even after submitting a claim to UPS to recover the funds. I completely understand it's a small business. That said, I've worked with several other small businesses (Good Vibes cleaning company, Avec Moi Decor, and The Lit Bar) who've been more than willing to help replace items lost in transit. Considering that there was confirmation that the package was lost through no fault of my own and the ring was expensive, J. Hannah's customer service team's response was really disappointing. I won't be buying from them and will instead look at similar women-owned brands like By Chari and Haati Chai for jewelry in the future.

Definitely buy the shipping protection for any of the jewelry!
