This company is posing as a US company but they are not. I placed an order and needed to return an item then was sent this. "We have business partners in China, so the items are shipped directly from our Chinese warehouse. Therefore, if you want to return the item, you need to send it to our facility in China. Please don't return them to the address on the package as that is our shipping agent and we will not receive the parcel there." they pose with a US address, scammers. I could not get a refund and simply offered 10% off my next order. I do not want to order from these Chinese companies due to this, its impossible to exchange or return items. I went out of my way and they know to scam us into believing we are supporting our country. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

They shipped a partial order and the quality was TERRIBLE. I couldn't wear it, the quality was so bad (nothing like the pictures). I told them I needed to return due to defective product. Thena after realizing they required me to return shipping to China at $29 shipping (my expense), I asked them to cancel the entire order. They asked in broken English if I wanted to cancel the "free" dress that I ordered. I told them I wanted to cancel all the of the order that they haven't shipped me and they shipped it two days later. It is a TOTAL SCAM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
