I started visiting this site because my cholesterol gets high. This is a problem for many people. I had no idea that so many things I consume can be so harmful to my health. We all eat fast food and tv dinners. Being busy sometimes it is easier when you have no time to cook to just grab what is fast. This site was really interesting and I learned about foods to try and avoid as much as possible. I have to keep up on foods that supply a high potassium content. Low potassium can cause you to feel nervous, dizzy and very sick. I have felt like I would pass out a few times from low potassium. I love the section on vegetable juicing. I love veggies and need to know which ones provide the most vitamins like B12. I found out on this site that you can add chlorella to your diet. This is something I never knew. I have spent hours going through this site and learned a lot about what is harmful and good to eat. I am trying to get the most for my money when shopping. So this site has been a helpful tool on picking out what my body needs to feel good. Since we have different needs for health this site offers extensive knowledge on things I never thought would be harmful. I like the link God's nutrition plan, really cool. It tells about brain foods, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and even how broccoli can prevent lung cancer. Juicer recipes by conditions is awesome.
