My back pack I ordered came in ripped, however customer service quickly resolved it and sent me a new one. Only issue I have now is that I wish they gave me a 2nd shipping notification because they told me to contact the carrier and how was I suppose to get that information.

It's been over a year and still have not received the product, refund or even an email. Even after the site went down, I've attempted contact through their amazon site with no success. Better off with a jansport backpack, this has been a waste of time and money

I've had this bag for a year now and it's an awesome bag, I wish there were more zip pockets inside and a mesh water bottle holder on the outside of the bag. Getting to my biggest complaint that I see common, the customer service and time of the product shipping, I ordered the product in January and didn't get it until March, I constantly tried to get in touch with the customer service but there would be no answer. For that I would not recommend these guys, I would look for another bag company, such a shame for an awesome bag that's almost perfect for the student.

Despite a 30 day window, the product arrived from the factory in China within a fortnight, great rucksack for college, laptop and other essential storage.

The backpack is great! It's good looking and fashionable. The durability of the magnets doesn't seem very well though because it broke off. Aside from that it's a great backpack and I love it!

An everyday bag worth investing. Get price and high quality leather for a steal. Would recommend to family and friends.

Ordered and received package within a week. Process was quite simple, the packaging was sturdy and the product was well secured. The only thing I'd like to have known is when they shipped it, so I'd have known to be on the look out. Other than that very minor detail, it was a great purchasing experience, and I will definitely order from JuneHouse again!

Hi. I ordered a backpack and never arrived. I emailed to JuneHouse so many times no one reply back also called +86 136 0525 2980 number is on website someone picks up the phone but they hang up all the time. This company is absolutely horrible they changed me $68.46 but never shipped the item to my address. I was waiting and waiting and nothing is been already four months. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this company is not trustworthy.

I love the backpacks a lot. The only thing that I wish I'd know before was more pictures of the inside of the back. I still like it though just wish I'd known beforehand.

Ordering a bag for school I received the bag the next day on standard shipping. Great quality so far, lived up to my expectations and great packaging to make sure it was delivered safe.

I waited for 3 months, still processing, no item, no responses on email, for those of you that paid via PayPal, I got my money back after filing a claim and starting a case, so all is not lost, but this company seems to be just a scam now.

Backpack received is nice and as described. It was not large enough and when I contacted for return, I was told returns were only accepted within 7 days. Doesn't seem feasible for items that are shipped. Their website was also "under maintenance" when I tried to verify policy so I had to contact through Amazon storefront. Website is still unavailable

The bag looks nice in pictures and all but as soon as I got it one of the straps was already ripped off. Such a disappointment since i have to use it every day for college

Although it did take quite some time for the bag to arrive, I am fairly satisfied with the product itself. One complaint I do have is that the draw string at the top of the main compartment is already fairly worn out in the 2 weeks I've been using the bag.

I really dislike the magnetic buckles cause you can lose them really easily and I've only had the backpack for about 3 weeks and it's starting to fall apart

It was all amazing quality except the magnets that keep it shut. 2/4 of them have broken already and I will be fixing them myself.

I purchased a back pack over a month ago and I haven't received it yet. I tried calling and email but I get no response. It says my order is currently being processed on the status since the time of purchases. Please be careful when shopping!

After waiting 25 days for my backpack I decided to check the shipping tracker to see where my item was. According to the tracker it was still at their warehouse. I thought this strange because I had received a confirmation email 25 days earlier to say it was on its way. I decided to email them and see if this was true and it turns out that after 25 days it had still not been sent.

The response to my emails was incredibly fast and the product i bought is very well made and the fact that junehouse sponsor so many different people means that finding a discount code to get an even better price is so easy. Overall very good company selling very good products

My son loves his new back pack. It's all he expected, its stylish, lightweight, comfortable and roomy.

I ordered a shadow grey backpack and I got a dark green one. Then I emailed them politely, asking if I could get the right color, I even attached an image. They just kept saying they dont make green backpacks. Dont buy from them, they don't take responsibility.

I did not get the right back pack i tried to return it but the website went down.Is there a way to return and get the right back pack or not
