“Terrible customer service”

Booked a room with free cancellation through Booking. Com. Jury's took the money for the room immediately from my account. This was very unusual, first time it ever happened. Had to cancel due to covid 19 restrictions. Jury's will take 90 days, three months to refund my account. They are using Covid-19 as an excuse. Totally dissatisfied. Will never book a jury's hotel again.
