Their technicians are very friendly but behind their smile, they have intention to cheat you. I hired one to install a 50 gal gas water heater. They charged me $2,800. The tank costed around $700 only. Thus, it means they charged around $2,000 or less for the installation labor charge only. Even the tank was not energy-certified thus no way to get a rebate from the state government. This was my very first experience with tank replacement since I moved in a single house last year. They'll cheat particularly people who don't have any knowledge about HVAC. Never ever call them and find a technician on Yelp and pay a reasonable price.

- High pressure nitrogen test $286.50 to find leak, so far $432.50 He found out that "Evaporator coil needs to be changed".
At this point it looked like he lost interest to fix the issue, because he started to wrap up and made over $440.00 in less than 20 min.
Hes estimation to change the coil was $2775. 00!?
Heritage, thanks for nothing. This company has hustlers working for them. A bunch of crooks to steal your money! I am not will be surprised if the pay for their positive reviews.
