We ordered some clothes from this company. A few were OK, not great quality, but OK. The problem is that they won't reply to my request to begin the process of returning some of the items. I've followed the procedure as outlined on their website but they have just ignored my communications.
Further, one item, ordered and paid for, has yet to arrive a full month later.
Quite shoddy practice. I'll neither buy from them again nor recommend them to anyone.

They send you a different item from what you ordered. They offer you 25% discount if you
Keep item. Or you can return it with you paying postage. Other post-ers say that the Chinese government wants you to pay a custom charge for what they consider to be "used clothing" (because you have opened the bag which clothing was in).
So when I decided to cancel and get refund for the balance of my order (which was very delayed and no time given for its sending) they will not refund postage which you have prepaid. So one flimsy blouse and a few pairs of cheap earrings cost me $30 in postage. I can't wait to NEVER deal with them again.

Exorbitant shipping charges by a third party and paid up front and not refundable even if you cancel order.

Nice fashion for the price. Check size chart on each item because "L", "XL" & "XXL" could all be the same dimension.
So JNF offered me 20% (42.00) to keep my order to remedy quality issue. My order was 212.00 (so embarrassingly stupid). I've opened a case with PayPal. This company needs to be banned from selling in the US. I ordered in may, receive order in late July and going back n forth since. They have returns but deceptive in that you don't know it will cost a ridiculous price, most definitely MUCH MORE than the value of their shoddy product.
I ordered quite a few items. All of the items are of low quality. Women's and shoes. Several were so off size. Won't even take them back. If I could vote a "0", I would. Don't order from this company. Save your time and money.
