I have placed 2 orders for Kary Brittingham's jewelry company. The first order was flawless. The 2nd order contained the wrong item. All of a sudden, the 'customer service' email listed on the site doesn't work (it bounces back to you), and the chat feature has not been manned, either. Finally, we mailed a letter to the return address on the order requesting the correct item be sent to us. That was months ago and they never got back to me. Be wary. If you have a problem, you may be SOL.
