“I ordered a great table from an Austrian manufacturer”

I ordered a great table from an Austrian manufacturer. The table is amazing, but it took 5 months to get it. I think the company is well meaning, but very disorganized, not good at keeping you informed, not upfront and when you wait for an item and have paid a large amount fully you start wondering what is going on...
