I bought my car from them 2 years ago I've had two winters without heat. They refused to listen to the issue and just decide to replace whatever they see fit whether or not it fixes the problem. They're in attentive rude and just downright unpleasant. It took 11 days have three tires changed! Never once did they mention to me that I could have a rental as it lists it right on the computer as part of my premium protection plan. Finally I had it and went to Danvers Ford they have been amazing.
