Keto Fit pills were advertised buy 3 get 2 for $34.95. Yesterday evening 5/19/2020 I was trying to purchase the keto fit pills 60 tabs in one bottle for $34.95/bottle for buy 3 get 2 free. During the checkout process, they asked if I wanted a bottle of Keto Booster for $34.98. I clicked on the Keto Booster to get more info then the whole checkout page where my cart was disappeared. I thought the transaction fell through and I checked my email and there was no confirmation of the purchase and I checked my card and no charges were yet made. At this point, I was having serious suspicions about this company and felt happy that my order did not go through. Or so I thought. I went to bed early and at about 3am EST today, I checked my inbox and found nothing from these people, however, when i checked my spam folder, there were two invoices sitting there - 1) for $198.70 for the Keto Fit and 2) for the Keto Booster for $34.98. These people fraudulently charged my card for items I was not allowed to confirm at checkout. Further, they conducted in false advertising by luring people to the buy 3 get 2 for $34.95. They also snuck in a product, the Keto Booster without my permission and charged me for that as well. These people also placed me on a monthly subscription even if I did not subscribe to an auto ship program. I learned about this because I had to file for a cancellation when I called them. This business, I realize now is not very reliable and may have changed names overtime. Both of the invoices I received were from PREMIUMKETOSTORE with contact info below:

This is SPAM. They have never returned my money. The website is no longer exist. They have received the item back in September. It has been three month already. Same people in Manila answer their phone and they read from the script. There is no other contacts. I feel so bad that I fall for this advertisement. They have deducted 269 CAD from my account. Within a second I have called them to cancel and report the transaction and I was told the package has been sent already! And I have to wait for the package and return it after and they give my money back. I have received the package and returned it with tracking courier to make sure they receive it. They have confirmed they have received the package. The fulfillment also validated the returned item. It has been four month now and still I did not get my money back!

They took 3x the advertised price + the goods never arrived.

I tracked the goods back to the company but it's now 3 months and they continue to give me the same bull about a refund

I understand what people are saying as I order 2 bottle and have been charges for 5. I have been trying to get a copy of my invoice so that I can clear customs and all I get I have sent the copy and until now I have not received anything

Total scam. It doesn't work and there's no guarantee. They never sent my money back. Everything about this page is a lie.

They offer 3 bottles for 59 but they charge 380 for 5 bottles. When you call them to ask about it they tell you we have shipped the item already ( In a minute!). Return them after you receive them ad we return your money. Well It took a month to receive the item ( True story). Till today I have not received my money back.

I thought I was buying 3 bottles then I get a invoice for 5 bottles then another 3 bottles. I called the service number and was told I have I must have pressed a pop up on the screen and purchased something else. Asked if I could cancel my order and was told that my order had been dispatched(dispatched within 1/2 hours. Really) and that I would have to return them when I get them.

NO option to review your order or see your basket online or your check the postage address, just enter your payment details and you get your invoice.
In my case two orders because apparently I must have pressed a pop up on the screen where I thought I was spending $60 I have spent $320

Bad review could cost me $320 but hopefully any future customers will be informed that they could be buying more than what they thought they were buying.

I was informed I must have pressed on a pop up screen and placed another order, are the so called "pop up's" intentional and he was very quick to point that out so maybe I am not the first.

Two separate charges on my card, but I only entered my details once. Odd

Update on my purchase. 42 DAYS LATER... MOST IMPORTANT. WHAT I DID RECIEVE WAS CALLED "KETO TOP" NOT "KETO PURE".

And I still have not received the second order I was charged for and please note emails are now coming from *******@ketoultradiet rather than ketopurediet.
