Poor quality, ordering from ebay would be even better! Waste of money, and my nerves. The delivery is another problem.

I am a fan of KKW and naturally, I am hyped when she released her new fragrance line, I knew I have to buy it! These 2 stars Ive rated towards her KKWfragrance website is merely for her online customer service. When you send an email to their customer help, you get a link to go to a separate online support helpdesk and it may seem like KKWfragrance team has thought well for their online customers except in real, nobody is actually there to help. They gave us tickets for each query weve submitted, I checked back in 6 days later and guess what, my tickets status is still under processing and of course nobody has even attended to my query yet. Its been 20days since I placed my order, yes they have a disclaimer that international shipping will need 10-15 days for processing and shipping. I have checked my junk mail and inbox and I havent received emails for confirmation on shipment yet. I hope I get my orders shipped soon. Hope you improve your customer service and shipping too, KKWfragrance.

I am filing a complaint BBB THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE IM TRYING TO GET REFUNDED SINCE April 16th I NEVER RECEIVED MY 3 PACKAGES THAT ARE OVER 600.00, IVE CALLED UPS OVER 20 TIMES AND YOUR COMPANY BUT NO REPLY NO ONE IS HELPING ME UPS SAID YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM THE INVOICES OF MY 3 PACKAGES THEY SAID YOU HAVE NOT DONE THIS YET IVE SPOKE TO UPS SUPERVISOR UPS KEEPS TELLING ME TO KEEP CALLING YOUR COMPANY AND EMAILING MY REPLY IS I HAVE OVET 20 TIMES CALLING YOUR NUMBER AT *******314 AND IVE LEFT OVER 20 MESSAGES AND 20 EMAILS STILL YOU ARE NOT RELPLY TO ANY OF MY MESSAGE HERE ARE THE ORDER NUMBER ONNCE AFAIN KKWF******* AMT $208.04 AND Amt $208.04 KKWF******* KKWF******* AMT.$182.03 STILL NO REFUND IVE EVEN CRYED WITH SEVERAL OF THE UPS SUPERVISOR AND THEY ARE SAYING YOUR NOT EVEN REPLYING WITH UPS AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTING THEY CAN DO UNTIL YOU EMAIL THEM THE INVOICES TO MY ORDERS PLEASE CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
