PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I do not understand how this is still going! I ordered an item, i received a receipt and my money wasn't taken out! No item was delivered and they do not reply to any of the 3 email address. So annoyed!

The site maintains that it has the Comodo Certificate of authenticity. However, with this certificate you are usually able to click on the logo and get details of the certificate and guarantee. This doesn't happen. I have emailed Comodo for comments Also it says that it uses NatWest merchant services. This seems to not be so. I have emailed NatWest for comments. Finally, have a look at the address on Google Maps - it seems like a rather quiet resodential street. Strange that!

I have had the same experience as many others with this site. I placed an order on 8th August and got an automatic reply confirming. Money subsequently taken from my account but still nothing has arrived (now the 22nd!). I have emailed several times but had no reply and no number to call on the web site. It's my wife’s birthday on the weekend and we are taking a fun weekend break away from the kids, hence the order. Really gutted and frustrated not to get a reply. Shame as a friend recommended them! As someone said, hope this gets some kind of reply from them. Chris

Seems i may be in the same boat as Terry, I placed order with them, money paid, on 3/8/10.no goods arrived!. I sent email to site and got a reply saying "they were sorry about mixup and would TRY and track order it was signed Kate. That was 48hrs ago and still no delivery or update. I do hope it is not a scam, as it looks quite uomarket shop.

I ordered some stuff and it was never delivered. No reply to email and no number to follow up. It's scam in my opinion. Avoid

Ordered some stuff on the 16/08/10. No sign of it. Email addresses on site don't work. No phone number. Don't use it.

Really easy site to order from and very good prices. Certainly cheaper than any others I looked at. Quick delivery too. The card receipt I got said NatWest streamline on it so I'm a bit confused about some of the other reviews here.

Update: After placing my order on Wed 11th August, it finally arrived today, Tues 24th August, 12 days after the supposed dispatch date and only after emailing customer services and leaving a review on Site Jabber. It shouldn't have taken all that.

Am relieved it finally arrived but would not use knickerdrawer again or recommend to friends. Saving a few pounds was just not worth the hassle.

Quick and cheap. I've used them a few times now and they have never let me down on price or delivery. A real find as far as I'm concerned

Paid for item a week ago still have not received item and no reply to any emails
I think this could be a scam so beware

I'm confused by all this talk of scams. I have ordered several times from knickerdrawer and have never had any problems. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone.

Replied to my price enquiry email immediatly and gave me a discount. Can't fault them at all.
